| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | PT. X merupakan industri manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang produksi mi sohun. Dimana bahan baku yang utama yang digunakan adalah sagu, yang hanya dapat diperoleh dari luar jawa. Proses pengiriman sagu memakan waktu sekitar dua minggu sejak pemesanan, dan seringkali terdapat kasus di mana sagu yang dikirim tidak mencukupi kebutuhan perusahaan. Dengan adanya masalah ini, PT. X perlu mengevaluasi kinerja para pemasoknya. Tujuan dari evaluasi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dan sub-kriteria prioritas dalam menilai kinerja pemasok, merangking pemasok, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan bagi pemasok yang berkinerja kurang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah Analytical Network Process (ANP). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kriteria prioritas tertinggi dalam menilai kinerja pemasok adalah responesiveness, dengan bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,527051. Sub-kriteria prioritas tertinggi adalah kemudahan komunikasi, dengan bobot sebesar 0,3243. Peringkat pemasok dari yang terbaik hingga terburuk adalah Pemasok C, Pemasok A, dan Pemasok B. Pemasok B, yang memiliki kinerja terendah, akan menerima rekomendasi untuk perbaikan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | PT. X is a manufacturing company specializing in rice noodle production. The primary raw material used is sago, which can only be sourced from outside Java. The delivery process for sago takes approximately two weeks from the time of ordering, and there are instances when the delivered sago is insufficient for the company's needs. Given these challenges, PT. X needs to evaluate its suppliers' performance. The purpose of this evaluation is to identify the priority criteria and sub-criteria for assessing supplier performance, rank the suppliers, and provide improvement recommendations for underperforming suppliers. The method used in this study is the Analytical Network Process (ANP). The results indicate that the top priority criterion for evaluating supplier performance is responsiveness, with the highest weight of 0.527051. The top-priority sub-criterion is ease of communication, with the highest weight of 0.3243. The ranking of suppliers from best to worst performance is Supplier C, Supplier A, and Supplier B. Supplier B, which has the lowest performance, will receive recommendations for improvement. |
