| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial cenderung bergabung dalam suatu kelompok tertentu, yang disebut sebagai komunitas. Pertumbuhan manusia mengakibatkan pengelompokan-pengelompokan di dalam lapisan masyarakat berdasarkan ikatan bathin, tujuan, visi, misi maupun persamaan hobi. Berbeda dengan komunitas lainnya seperti komunitas pecinta barang antik, komunitas atau club motor justru mendapatkan penilaian negatif dari lingkungan sekitar. Masyarakat menganggap bahwasannya komunitas motor hanyalah ajang adu gengsi antar sesama anggota komunitas, sarana ugal-ugalan bagi setiap pengendaranya, bahkan komunitas motor menjadi buruk dalam pencitraannya ketika plonco bagi calon anggota komunitas yang bersifat kriminal (kekerasan). Namun di balik itu semua komunitas motor, khususnya astrea grand memiliki keistimewaan yaitu eratnya tali persaudaraan (solidarisme). Salah satu komunitas motor yang terbilang cukup muda namun mampu eksis di Purbalingga adalah komunitas Grand Purbalingga Lovers. Penelitian ini berjudul Dinamika Kelompok dalam Membentuk Solidaritas Sosial di Komunitas Grand Purbalingga Lovers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dinamika kelompok dalam membentuk solidaritas sosial di Komunitas Grand Purbalingga Lovers . Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, untuk melihat permasalahan yang terjadi secara mendalam. Fokus yang dikaji adalah dinamika kelompok dalam membentuk solidaritas sosial dengan subfokus memecahkan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan. Dalam menetapkan informan peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling serta snowball sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan model interaktif. Hasil di lapangan menunjukan bahwa dinamika kelompok yang terjadi dalam Grand Purbalingga Lovers cukup beragam, terbukti dengan adanya konflik intragroup yang terjadi di dalam komunitas tersebut yaitu : perbedaan pendapat dalam proses pembentukan kepengurusan baru maupun perselisihan pendapat dalam menentukan waktu istirahat pada saat touring bersama. Dinamika kelompok yang terjadi di dalam Grand Purbalingga Lovers ini dibentuk oleh faktor kepemimpinan di dalam Grand Purbalingga Lovers dan anggota kelompok. Hal ini karena keputusan yang diambil oleh ketua berdasarkan kepentingan bersama dan pertimbangan mayoritas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Human as the social creature tends to enter in a certain group, that is called as community. The human growth causes the categorization groups in the social class based on the spiritual connection, purpose, mission, and vision of similarities of hobby. Difference with the other community like the community of antique lover, community or club of motorcycle fortunately get the negative judgment from the surrounded environment. The society considers that the motorcycle community just as the competition of image between the community members of motorcycle, the time for doing indiscipline racing for every the rider, furthermore the motor community image is getting worst for their image when doing the basic doing education for the new community member that has the criminal characteristic. That behind all those motor community especially astrea grand has specially which has the strong relation between them (solidarism). One of the young motorcycle community that is quite young but able to exist in a community Purbalingga Grand Purbalingga Lovers. The title of this research is “Group Dynamics in Forming Social Solidarity in Community of Grand Purbalingga Lovers”. The purpose of this research is to know, how Group Dynamics in Forming Social Solidarity in Community of Grand Purbalingga Lovers. This research uses the type of descriptive qualitative research, to see the problems that occurs deeply. The focus that is examined is the dynamics of group with the sub focus to solve the problem, taking decision and the establishment of social solidarity. Technique sampling uses the purposive sampling method and snowball sampling. Analytical data methods was using qualitative descriptive with interactive model. The result in the field shows that the dynamics of group that occurs in the Grand Purbalingga Lovers is enough vary, it is proven with the some conflicts intragroup that occurs in the community, it is the difference opinion in new management forming or the opinion conflict in determining of time to take rest when touring together. Group dynamics that happened in this Grand Purbalingga Lovers is ormed by leadership factor in Grand Purbalingga Lovers and group member. This matter because decision taken by chief of pursuant to common interest and majority consideration. |
