| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Komoditas beras memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah melalui BULOG, membentuk Sub Divisi Regional (Subdivre) yang ada di tiap wilayah di Indonesia salah satunya Subdivre Cirebon yang ada di wilayah Cirebon. Wilayah kerja Subdivre Cirebon ini adalah Kota Cirebon, Kabupaten Cirebon, Kabupaten Kuningan dan Kabupaten Majalengka. Subdivre Cirebon memiliki peran untuk menjaga kestabilan harga beras di wilayah Cirebon. Penelitian ini berjudul “Peran Badan Urusan Logistik (BULOG) Sub Divisi Regional (Subdivre) Cirebon Dalam Menjaga Kestabilan Harga Beras Di Wilayah Cirebon”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah peran Subdivre Cirebon dalam menjaga kestabilan harga beras di wilayah Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah Metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan informannya adalah Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengambilan datanya adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada peran Subdivre Cirebon melalui peran koordinasi, stimulasi, dan fasilitasi dalam rangka menjaga kestabilan harga beras di wilayah Cirebon. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, Subdivre Cirebon melakukan koordinasi yang cukup baik dengan seluruh lembaga dan instansi terkait. Selain itu Subdivre Cirebon perlu memperbaiki jaringan internet yang ada karena Sistem Informasi Logistik masih sering mengalami gangguan. Penambahan loket dan jumlah pegawai yang ada perlu dilakukan guna mempercepat pelayanan. Kata kunci : peran subdivre, kestabilan, harga beras. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The comodity of rice has important role for the Indoesian people. The government, in this case BULOG, built Regional Sub Divison (Subdivre) that placed in every region in Indonesia either Subdivre Cirebon in Cirebon. The responsibility of Subdivre Cirebon are Cirebon City, Cirebon Regency, Kuningan Regency and Majalengka Regency. Subdivre Cirebon has the role to save the rice price in Cirebon region. This research entitled “The Role of Perum Logistical Agency (BULOG) Regional Sub Division (Subdivre) Cirebon in Keeping The Stability of The Rice Price in Cirebon Region. This research aims to know how is the role of Subdivre Cirebon in protect the rice price in Cirebon Region. The research used qualitative descriptive method by analysis technique. The informant selection technique is purposive sampling. The data collection techniques is interviews, observation, and documentation. This research focused on the role of Subdivre Cirebon in coordination role, facilitacy, and stimulaty in order to protect rice price in Cirebon Region. The conclusions obtained in this study, Subdivre Cirebon did good coordinaty with all the agency and departement. Subdivre Cirebon must fix the internet line because Logistical Information System (SIL) was troble. The increases of the pay box and the employer must be done for faster service.
