Latar belakang berdirinya usaha ini yaitu keinginan penulis dan juga melihat peluang pasar yang sangat tinggi terhadap permintaan dekorasi dan juga buket untuk setiap momentnya. I.Project bergerak dibidang jasa Dekorasi, Buket, Seserahan, dan juga Mahar. Kondisi awal usaha ini sangat sulit dimana target pasar yang belum terpenuhi sehingga membuat usaha ini sempat terhenti. Namun, setelah berjalannya waktu usaha ini akhirnya terus berjalan dan sampai menemukan pasaran yang tepat. |

The background to the establishment of this business is the author's desire and also seeing a very high market opportunity for the demand for decoration and bouquets for every moment. I.Project is engaged in the field of Decoration, Bouquet, Gift, and Mahar services. The initial conditions of this business were very difficult where the target market had not been met, so this business had to stop. However, after some time, this business finally continued to run and found the right market. The main marketing of this business is through social media such as Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook, and TikTok. besides that, it is also through word of mouth which is trusted by the surrounding community. In addition to making sales, I.Project has also held several workshops to improve the skills of the community, especially young people, and also to introduce I.Project. The purpose of this entrepreneurial activity is to implement the knowledge received during college into the world of work, in addition to being able to lead a team with the soft skills they have, and also achieve optimal turnover. After running for approximately 3.5 years, this business has been able to have 2 branches, 10 employees and freelancers. The turnover generated by the I.Project business has always increased from time to time. |
