"Performance of Family Planning Field Workers in the delivery of Information Education Communication About Family Planning In the Era of Regional Autonomy (Studies in Brebes). This study aimed to determine the effect on the performance of family planning field workers of working ability, influence on the performance of PLKB work motivation, influence on the performance of PLKB working facilities and the effect of work ability, work motivation and work facilities for the performance of field officers in the delivery of information, education and communication in the era of regional autonomy. The theory used is focused on the theory of performance, work ability, work motivation and work facilities. Objectives of this research is Family Planning Assistant Village Trustees (PPKBD) and Assistant Sub Trustees Village Family Planning (Sub PPKBD). The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation, simple regression and multiple regression. The results of data analysis showed that the ability of the significant impact on the performance of field officers at 0.621 level of 95 percent. From the respondents' answers to a questionnaire on work ability, as many as 127 or 84.1% said that the ability of the field officers are high, and this will affect the performance of field officers is high, it can be seen that the field officers have been carrying out field officers working the 10 steps, including PLKB has and coordinating visits to the formal leaders, informal leaders and midwives, field officers had visited, counseling and education to couples of childbearing age and active planning participants. Work motivation PLKB significantly influence the performance of 0.551 at 95 percent confidence level. From the respondents' answers about motivation as much as 99 people or 65.6% stated that motivation enough PLKB including or being, and this will affect the performance of the field officers are good, it can be seen that the field officers had to actualize themselves and develop independence in their work, have creativity at work. Working facilities have a significant effect on the performance of field officers at 0.707 level of 95 percent. From the respondents' answers about working facilities PLKB received as many as 89 people or 58.9% of respondents expressed high and this contributes to the high performance of the field officers, it can be seen that the field officers have been working to get all the field offices of clothing, motorcycle service, in each subdistrict office to field officers equipped computers. In addition, the ability to work, work motivation and work facilities jointly significant effect on the performance of field officers. From the calculation of multiple correlation coefficients obtained results at 0.806 (multiple R value). From the results of the F test is then performed and the obtained count of 90.609 F and F table with a level of 95 per cent amounting to 2.666. Thus F count is greater than the F table (90.60> 2.666) so that it can be concluded that there is significant influence between work ability, work motivation and work facilities for the performance of field officers with the positive direction. |
