Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “ Pengaruh Jumlah Kunjungan Wisata Yang Menginap di Hotel, Jumlah Kamar Hotel Dan PDRB Sub.Sektor Perhotelan Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Bidang Perhotelan di Kabupaten Banyumas (1991-2011)” . Tujuan penelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang menginap di hotel, jumlah kamar hotel dan PDRB sub.sektor perhotelan baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja bidang perhotelan di Kabupaten Banyumas dan untuk mengetahui antara ketiga faktor tersebut manakah yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja perhotelan di Kabupaten Banyumas . Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1. Variabel Jumlah Kunjungan Wisatawan yang menginap di Hotel, Jumlah Kamar Hotel dan PDRB Sub-Sektor Perhotelan secara parsial dan bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. 2. Variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja perhotelan di Kabupaten Banyumas adalah variabel jumlah kamar hotel. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data sekunder dari BPS kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda dan perhitungan elastisitas. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil secara bersama-sama jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang menginap di hotel, jumlah kamar hotel dan PDRB sub.sektor perhotelan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja perhotelan di Kabupaten Banyumas, secara parsial jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang menginap di hotel dan jumlah kamar hotel memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja perhotelan di Kabupaten Banyumas sedangkan PDRB Sub.sektor perhotelan tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja perhotelan di Kab.Banyumas. Penyerapan tenaga kerja bidang perhotelan di Kabupaten Banyumas dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara lebih mempromosikan sektor pariwisata Kabupaten Banyumas secara meluas misalnya melalui media online, juga untuk menunjang perkembangan perhotelan di Kabupaten Banyumas maka pemerintah Banyumas dapat mempermudah prosedur perizinan pendirian bangunan misalnya dengan meringankan pajak Bumi dan bangunan karena semakin banyak pembangunan hotel maka tenaga kerja bidang perhotelan yang terserap pun akan semakin meningkat jumlahnya. |

Inggris) | This study entitled "The Effect of Number of Visits Tourism who Stay in Hotel, Number of Rooms and Hospitality GDP Sub-Sector toward Hospitality Sector Labour Absorption in Banyumas (1991-2011)". Research objective was to determine the effect of the number of tourists who stay at the hotel, the number of hotel rooms and hospitality GDP sub-sector either partially or simultaneously on employment in hospitality in Banyumas and to determine which of the three factors that have the highest effect on hospitality employment in Banyumas. The hypothesis of this study is : 1. Variable Number of visits Travelers who stay at the hotel, Number of Rooms and Hospitality GDP sub-sector partially and simultaneously have significant effect on employment of hospitality. 2. The variable that has the most effect on the level of employment in the hospitality Banyumas is a variable number of hotel rooms. To determine the effect of the number of tourists who stay at the hotel, the number of hotel rooms and hospitality sub-sector GDP on employment hospitality, done by collecting secondary data from BPS then processed by using a multiple linear regression analysis and calculation of elasticity. From the research results obtained together a number of tourist stays, number of rooms and hospitality sub.sector GDP have a significant effect on employment in the hospitality Banyumas, partially tourists who stay in hotels and number of rooms hotels have a significant effect on employment in the hospitality district. Banyumas Sub.sector hospitality while GDP did not have a significant effect on employment in the hospitality Banyumas District. Employment in hospitality in Banyumas district could be improved by further promote the tourism sector Banyumas widely through online media, as well as to support the development of hospitality in Banyumas government to simplify licensing procedures to ease the construction of the buildings such as the Earth and building tax due the more development the hotel hospitality field labour will be absorbed in increasing numbers. |
