| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kopi robusta (Coffea canephora) merupakan tanaman industri perkebunan yang penting serta mampu menjamin keberlangsungan ekonomi para petani di negara- negara tropis. Organisme pengganggu tanaman kopi robusta terdapat patogen Cercospora coffeicola yaitu penyebab penyakit bercak daun kopi. Alternatif pengendalian patogen yang dapat dilakukan adalah pemberian biochar dan pupuk N- P-K. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Sikapat, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas dari bulan September 2023 sampai Januari 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua dosis biochar dan pupuk N-P-K tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel intensitas penyakit, saat muncul gejala, laju infeksi, dan AUDPC. Pemberian biochar 150 g dan pupuk N-P-K 130 g berpengaruh terhadap variabel bercak coklat dan bercak kuning pada minggu ke-8 yaitu meningkatkan perkembangan penyakit bercak daun C. coffeicola. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora) is an important industrial plantation crop and is able to ensure the economic sustainability of farmers in tropical countries. The organism that disturbs Robusta coffee plants is the pathogen Cercospora coffeicola, which causes coffee leaf spot disease. Alternative pathogen control by applying of biochar and N-P-K fertilizer. The research have been on the Sikapat Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency from September 2023 to January 2024. The results showed that all doses of biochar and N-P-K fertilizer had no effect on the variables of disease intensity, symptoms appeared, infection rate, and AUDPC. Providing 150 g of biochar and 130 g of N-P-K fertilizer had an effect on the variable brown spot and yellow spot in the 8th week, namely increasing the development of C. cofeicola leaf spot disease. There was no significant interaction between the application of biochar and N-P-K fertilizer on the development of leaf spot disease in robusta coffee plants. |
