Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah, hasil tanaman bawang merah, serta kandungan Cd di dalam tanah dan tanaman terhadap berbagai variasi pemupukan N-ZEO-SR PLUS, berbagai variasi pemberian Cd, dan interaksi keduanya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di screenhouse dan Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dari bulan Januari 2024 hingga Maret 2024. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah dosis pupuk N-ZEO-SR PLUS 0kg/ha, 150kg/ha, 300kg/ha, dan 450kg/ha, serta konsentrasi kadmium 0ppm, 2ppm, dan 4ppm terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah, hasil tanaman bawang merah, serta kandungan kadmium di tanah dan tanaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan 3 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, klorofil total, kandungan prolin, jumlah umbi, diameter umbi, berat segar umbi dengan daun, berat kering umbi dengan daun, kandungan cd di tanah, kandungan cd di tanaman, dan persentase penurunan cd. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis pupuk N-ZEO-SR PLUS 450kg/ha dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman 2MST - 4MST sebesar 16,65%; jumlah daun 2MST -7MST sebesar 48,41%; dan klorofil total sebesar 44,18% dibandingkan tanpa pupuk. Perlakuan konsentrasi kadmium 4ppm menurunkan tinggi tanaman 3MST sebesar 13,42%; dan meningkatkan kandungan cd tanah sebesar 16,66% dibandingkan dengan kadmium 0ppm. Terdapat interaksi pupuk N-ZEO-SR PLUS dan aplikasi kadmium terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 6MST dengan hasil terbaik pada dosis pupuk 300kg/ha dengan kadmium 4ppm, serta terhadap variabel jumlah daun 7MST dengan hasil terbaik dosis pupuk N-ZEO-SR PLUS 150kg/ha pada penambahan konsentrasi kadmium 2ppm |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the response of shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) plant growth, shallot yield, and Cd content in the soil and plants to various applications of N ZEO-SR PLUS fertilizer, different Cd levels, and their interactions. The study was conducted in a screenhouse and the Soil Science Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from December 2023 to March 2024. The treatments tested were N-ZEO-SR PLUS fertilizer doses of 0 kg/ha, 150 kg/ha, 300 kg/ha, and 450 kg/ha, and Cd concentrations of 0 ppm, 2 ppm, and 4 ppm on shallot plant growth, shallot yield, and Cd content in the soil and plants. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 12 treatment combinations and 3 replications. Observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, total chlorophyll content, proline content, number of bulbs, bulb diameter, fresh bulb weight with leaves, dry bulb weight with leaves, Cd content in the soil, Cd content in the plants, and the percentage of Cd reduction. The results showed that a dose of 450 kg/ha of N-ZEO-SR PLUS fertilizer could increase plant height by 16.65% from 2 to 4 weeks after planting (WAP); the number of leaves by 48.41% from 2 to 7 WAP; and total chlorophyll content by 44.18% compared to no fertilizer. The Cd concentration of 4 ppm reduced plant height by 13.42% at 3 WAP and increased soil Cd content by 16.66% compared to 0 ppm Cd. There was an interaction between the N-ZEO-SR PLUS fertilizer and cadmium application on plant height at 6 WAP (Weeks After Planting), with the best results obtained at a fertilizer dose of 300 kg/ha and a cadmium concentration of 4 ppm. Additionally, there was an interaction on the number of leaves at 7 WAP, with the best results achieved using an N-ZEO-SR PLUS fertilizer dose of 150 kg/ha with the addition of a cadmium concentration of 2 ppm. |
