| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Keragaman kemampuan bakteri rizosfer yang ada di dalam tanah dipengaruhi oleh input teknologi sesuai dengan sistem budidaya yang diterapkan. Sistem pertanian organik merupakan praktik pertanian yang mengggunakan bahan organik secara keseluruhan tanpa bahan kimia. Sistem pertanian semi organik didefinisikan sebagai praktik pertanian yang mengutamakan penggunaan bahan organik, tetapi masih menggunakan bahan kimia sebagai pelengkapnya, seperti dalam pengaplikasian pupuk atau pestisida kimia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Unit Mikrobiologi Laboratoriuum Agroekologi dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Holtikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Isolat bakteri yang diperoleh dikarakterisasi secara makroskopis untuk mengetahui bentuk, ukuran, warna, tepi, dan elevasi koloni bakteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isolat bakteri yang diperoleh memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, namun terdapat beberapa isolat yang sama dari lahan pertanian organik (OG) dan semi organik (SM), yaitu OG1, OG2, SM3, dan SM6, serta OG4, SM1, dan SM2. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The diversity of abilities of rhizosphere bacteria in the soil is influenced by technological input in accordance with the cultivation system applied. An organic farming system is an agricultural practice that uses completely organic materials without chemicals. A semi-organic farming system is defined as an agricultural practice that prioritizes the use of organic materials, but still uses chemicals as a complement, such as in the application of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. This research was conducted at the Microbiology Unit of the Agroecology Laboratory and the Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The bacterial isolates obtained were characterized macroscopically to determine the shape, size, color, edge, and elevation of the bacterial colonies. The results showed that the bacterial isolates obtained had different characteristics, but there were several isolates that were the same from organic (OG) and semi-organic (SM) agricultural land, namely OG1, OG2, SM3, and SM6, as well as OG4, SM1, and SM2. |
