Indonesia) | Penelitian dengan judul “Hubungan Jumlah Anggota Kelompok dengan Partisipasi Anggota dan Efektivitas Kelompok pada Kelompok Peternak Kambing PE Kaligesing di Kecamatan Kaligesing Purworejo” yang bertujuan mengetahui rata-rata jumlah anggota kelompok peternak kambing PE di Kecamatan Kaligesing, mengetahui tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok peternak Kambing PE Kaligesing, mengetahui efektivitas kelompok peternak Kambing PE Kaligesing dan menganalisis hubungan jumlah anggota kelompok dengan partisipasi dan efektivitas kelompok peternak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei, penetapan wilayah dilakukan secara purposive sampling di Kecamatan Kaligesing, sedangkan penentuan desa berdasarkan jumlah kelompok dengan kategori tinggi, sedang dan rendah menggunakan stratified random sampling. Desa yang terpilih yaitu Desa Pandanrejo, Tawangsari dan Donorejo. Pengambilan responden diambil secara sensus sebanyak 71 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan jumlah anggota dengan partisipasi anggota menghasilkan nilai korelasi 0,553 masuk dalam kategori sedang, dan hubungan jumlah anggota dengan efektivitas kelompok menghasilkan nilai korelasi 0,728 masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Nilai signifikansi 0,000 menunjukkan kedua variabel tersebut signifikan dan memiliki hubungan yang nyata. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Etawa crossbreed goat (PE) is a new breed of goat, the result of a cross between Etawa goats from India and local goats. Kaligesing District is a center for the development of Etawa crossbreed goats. PE Goat Farmers have grouped together to develop their business. Group members have an awareness of responsibility and interact positively with each other to achieve the goals and development of Goat PE. The breeder group was formed because of the group's important role in the development of the Etawa Crossbreed Goat. Member participation includes interactions that can maintain group integrity and harmony. The number of group members is thought to influence the level of participation and effectiveness of the group. The objectives of this research are 1) To find out the average number of members of the PE goat breeder group in Kaligesing District 2) To know the level of participation of members of the Kaligesing PE Goat breeder group 3) To know the effectiveness of the Kaligesing PE Goat breeder group 4) To analyze the relationship between the number of group members and participation and effectiveness of farmer groups. This research uses a survey method. Determining the area using purposive sampling in Kaligesing District, while determining villages based on the number of groups in Kaligesing District in the high, medium and low categories using stratified random sampling. The selected villages were Pandanrejo, Tawangsari and Donorejo villages. Respondents were taken by census as many as 71 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and Spearman rank correlation. The research results show that the relationship between the number of members and member participation produces a correlation value of 0.553, which is in the medium category, and the relationship between the number of members and group effectiveness produces a correlation value of 0.728, which is in the high category. A significance value of 0.000 shows that the two variables are significant and have a real relationship. |
