| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Fly Ash Buttom Ash (FABA) dan pupuk NZEO-SRPlus terhadap karakteristik fisiologi dan hasil tanaman selada, mengetahui perbandingan hasil interaksi pemberian Fly Ash Buttom Ash (FABA) dan pupuk NZEO-SRPlus pada karakteristik fisiologi dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian dilakukan di Kelurahan Karangwangkal, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, Kabupaten Banyumas, Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mulai bulan Oktober 2023 sampai dengan Maret 2024. Rancangan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu Fly Ash Buttom Ash (FABA) dengan dosis 0 kg/ha, 100 kg/ha, dan 200 kg/ha. Faktor kedua yaitu NZEO-SRPlus dengan dosis 0 kg/ha, 100 kg/ha, 200 kg/ha, dan 300 kg/ha. Kedua faktor tersebut menjadi 12 kombinasi dan 3 kali ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian di analisis ragam dan apabila menunjukkan adanya perbedaan nyata maka dilakukan uji lanjut menggunakan DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fly Ash Buttom Ash (FABA) dan NZEO-SRPlus dapat meningkatkan kehijauan daun, jumlah dan kerapatan stomata, kadar klorofil a, kadar klorofil b, dan kadar klorofil total. |

Inggris) | This research aims to determine the effect of giving Fly Ash Buttom Ash (FABA) and NZEO-SRPlus fertilizer on the physiological characteristics and yields of lettuce plants, to find out the comparison of the results of the interaction of giving Fly Ash Buttom Ash (FABA) and NZEO-SRPlus fertilizer on the physiological characteristics and yields of lettuce plants. The research was conducted in Karangwangkal Village, North Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency, Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from October 2023 to March 2024. The design used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which consisted of two factors. The first factor is Fly Ash Buttom Ash (FABA) with doses of 0 kg/ha, 100 kg/ha, and 200 kg/ha. The second factor is NZEO-SRPlus with doses of 0 kg/ha, 100 kg/ha, 200 kg/ha, and 300 kg/ha. These two factors become 12 combinations and 3 repetitions. The data obtained from the research was analyzed of variance and if it showed significant differences, further tests were carried out using DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) at an error level of 5%. The results showed that Fly Ash Buttom Ash (FABA) and NZEO-SRPlus could increase leaf greenness, number and density of stomata, chlorophyll a levels, chlorophyll b levels, and total chlorophyll levels. |
