| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian berbagai dosis pupuk kompos kelinci dan konsentrasi POC kohe kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman lobak. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada September 2023–Mei 2024 di lahan penelitian Desa Banjarsari Wetan, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) menggunakan 2 faktor dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama merupakan pemberian dosis pupuk kompos kohe kelinci, yaitu 0 ton/ha (P0), 10 ton/ha (P1), dan 20 ton/ha (P2). Faktor kedua merupakan pemberian konsentrasi POC kohe kelinci, yaitu 0 mL/L (A0), 200 mL/L (A1), dan 400 mL/L (A2). Variabel pertumbuhan yang diamati berupa tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm²), indeks luas daun, dan rasio tajuk akar (g), sedangkan variabel hasil berupa panjang umbi (cm), diameter umbi (cm), berat segar umbi per tanaman (g), berat brangkasan kering tanaman (g), dan indeks panen. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan sidik ragam (ANOVA) kemudian dilanjut dengan uji Duncans’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5% bila data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata. Pemberian pupuk kompos kohe kelinci berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman (cm), luas daun (cm²), indeks luas daun. Pemberian POC kohe kelinci berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm²), berat segar umbi per tanaman (g), dan berat brangkasan kering tanaman (g). |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of various dosages of rabbit compost fertilizer and concentrations of organic liquid fertilizer (OLF) made from rabbit manure on the growth and yield of radish plants. The research was conducted from September 2023 to May 2024 at the research field in Banjarsari Wetan Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency, using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the dosage of rabbit compost fertilizer, namely 0 tons/ha (P0), 10 tons/ha (P1), and 20 tons/ha (P2). The second factor is the concentration of rabbit manure OLF, namely 0 mL/L (A0), 200 mL/L (A1), and 400 mL/L (A2). The observed growth variables include plant height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), leaf area (cm²), leaf area index, and shoot-root ratio (g), while the yield variables include tuber length (cm), tuber diameter (cm), fresh tuber weight per plant (g), dry plant biomass weight (g), and harvest index. Analysis was performed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level if the data showed a significant effect. The application of rabbit compost fertilizer significantly affected the variables of plant height (cm), leaf area (cm²), and leaf area index. The application of rabbit manure OLF significantly affected the variables of plant height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), leaf area (cm²), fresh tuber weight per plant (g), and dry plant biomass weight (g). |
