| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Permainan bulutangkis menggunakan unsur fisik dan gerakan yang cepat dalam beberapa detik untuk mendapatkan poin. Salah satu teknik permainan bulutangkis yaitu smash. Pukulan smash dikatakan baik apabila memenuhi tiga kritera, yaitu: cepat, tepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan, koordinasi mata tangan, power otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan smash atlet Club Merpati Cilacap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 atlet. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Hubungan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan smash diperoleh nilai r 0,892, dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Hubungan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap ketepatan smash diperoleh nilai r 0,622, dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. 3) Hubungan power otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan smash diperoleh nilai r 0,874, dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 4) Hubungan fleksibilitas terhadap ketepatan smash diperoleh nilai r 0,927, dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 5) Hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan, koordinasi mata tangan, power otot tungkai, dan fleksibilitas terhadap ketepatan smash melalui perhitungan korelasi berganda variabel keseluruhan, diperoleh hasil (sig. F Change) 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan, koordinasi mata tangan, power otot tungkai dan fleksibilitas terhadap ketepatan smash dengan tingkat hubungan yang signifikan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The game of badminton uses physical elements and fast movements within a few seconds to get points. One of the badminton playing techniques is the smash. Blow smash is said to be good when it meets three criteria, namely: fast, precise and accurate. This research aims to find out the relationship between arm muscle strength, hand-eye coordination, power leg muscles for accuracy smash athlete Club Cilacap Pigeon. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach using test and measurement instruments. The number of samples in this study was 25 athletes. The sampling technique used in this research is engineering purposive sampling. The data analysis used to determine correlation is the correlation test product moment. The results of the research show that: 1) The relationship between arm muscle strength and accuracy smash obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 2) The relationship between hand eye coordination and accuracy smash obtained a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. 3) Relationships power leg muscles for accuracy smash obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 4) The relationship between flexibility and accuracy smash obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 5) The relationship between arm muscle strength, hand eye coordination, power leg muscles, and flexibility to accuracy smash through calculating the multiple correlation of the overall variables, results are obtained (sig. F Change) 0,000 < 0,05. There is a relationship between arm muscle strength, hand-eye coordination, power leg muscles and flexibility on smash accuracy with a significant level of relationship. |
