| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Yoghurt dalam bentuk cair cenderung memiliki masa simpan yang relatif pendek sehingga untuk memperpanjang umur simpan dapat dilakukan proses pengeringan. Saat ini inovasi pembuatan yoghurt dengan tambahan rempah telah banyak dilakukan, salah satunya pembuatan yoghurt dengan penambahan ekstrak bunga kecombrang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha yoghurt powder susu sapi dengan penambahan ekstrak bunga kecombrang yang ditinjau dari aspek pasar, teknis, dan keuangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Pengukuran variabel yang diamati meliputi analisis aspek pasar, aspek teknis, dan aspek keuangan dari usaha yoghurt powder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga aspek yang dianalisis menyatakan bahwa usaha yoghurt powder layak untuk dijalankan karena memiliki peluang dan potensi pasar yang baik, produk yang dihasilkan berkualitas, harga mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor lain, menggunakan teknologi yang modern, serta kebutuhan bahan baku mudah didapat dan dekat dengan tempat produksi. Pada aspek keuangan diperoleh nilai NPV sebesar Rp 301.480.689; IRR 25,41%; Net B/C 1,82; PBP 2,92 tahun; BEP sebesar Rp313.549.684 atau 6.671 unit; serta analisis sensitivitas pada semua kondisi usaha yoghurt powder dinyatakan memiliki nilai investasi yang layak kecuali pada kondisi pendapatan turun 10%. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Yogurt in liquid form tends to have a relatively short shelf life so to extend the shelf life a drying process can be carried out. Currently, many innovations in making yogurt with added spices have been made, one of which is making yogurt with the addition of kecombrang flower extract. This research aims to determine and analyze the feasibility of a cow's milk yogurt powder business with the addition of kecombrang flower extract in terms of market, technical and financial aspects. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and literature study. Measurement of the observed variables includes analysis of market aspects, technical aspects and financial aspects of the yogurt powder business. The results of the research show that the three aspects analyzed state that the yogurt powder business is worth running because it has good market opportunities and potential, the product produced is of high quality, the price is able to compete with other competitors, uses modern technology, and raw materials are easy to obtain and close to the production site. In the financial aspect, the NPV value was obtained at IDR 301,480,689; IRR 25.41%; Net B/C 1.82; PBP 2.92 years; BEP of IDR 313,549,684 or 6,671 units; as well as sensitivity analysis in all conditions of the yogurt powder business which is stated to have a worthy investment value except in conditions where income falls by 10%. |
