| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | CV. ABC merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan kayu yang produknya berupa plywood. Berdasarkan data historis perusahaan, hasil produksi perusahaan belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan (output). Pengukuran produktivitas dapat menunjukkan seberapa efektif dan efisien perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan sumber dayanya (input). Hasil pengukuran produktivitas dapat dijadikan acuan bagi perusahaan untuk melakukan perencanaan produktivitas guna meningkatkan produktivtas. Maka dari itu CV. ABC perlu melakukan pengukuran produktivitas untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas perusahaan serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penurunan produktivitas. Marvin E. Mundel merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas dengan menitikberatkan pada biaya dengan input biaya tenaga kerja, material, energi, dan perawatan, serta harga jual produk sebagai output. Pengukuran produktivitas dilakukan pada periode Juli 2023 hingga Maret 2024. Indeks produktivitas total tertinggi terjadi pada periode Januari 2024 dengan nilai 108,71%, sedangkan indeks produktivitas total terendah terjadi pada periode Februari 2024 dengan nilai 87,10%. Perencanaan peningkatan produktivitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Productivity Evaluation Tree (PET). Produktivitas total tertinggi didapatkan dari alternatif 6 yang terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1,052 dengan mengubah komposisi bahan baku kayu dan mengurangi penggunaan bahan baku lem. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | CV. ABC is an integrated wood-working company specializing in plywood. Based on the company's historical data, production has not reached the target (output). Productivity measurement can show how effective and efficient a company is in optimizing its resources (input). CV. ABC needs to carry out productivity measurements to find out the level of productivity of the company as well as to know the factors that influence the decrease of productivity. This research is conducted to determine the value of company productivity as well as to provide alternative improvements in order to improve company productivity value. Marvin E. Mundel is one of the methods that can be used to measure productivity by weighting the cost with the input cost of labor, materials, energy, and maintenance, as well as the selling price of the product as output. Productivity measurements were carried out between July 2023 and March 2024. The highest total productivity index occurred in the period January 2024 at 108.71%, while the lowest total productivity index was in February 2024, at 87.10%. Planning of productivity improvement is conducted using Productivity Evaluation Tree (PET). The highest total productivity was obtained from alternative 6 which saw an increase of 1,052 from the previous period by changing the composition of wood raw material and reducing the use of glue raw material. |
