| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung persediaan bahan baku dan merencanakan target bahan baku teh hitam di Unit Produksi Pagilaran, Kabupaten Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan analisis data dengan pendekatan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) serta peramalan menggunakan metode ARIMA. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pucuk teh hitam yang dianalisis dengan pendekatan EOQ menghasilkan jumlah ekonomis sebesar 415.304 kg per bulan, yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan jumlah aktual. Total biaya persediaan ekonomis pucuk teh hitam yang diperoleh menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity adalah Rp6.467.049.610,00 menghasilkan penghematan biaya sebesar 28 persen dibandingkan dengan total biaya persediaan aktual. Safety stock dihitung sebesar 207.410 kg per bulan, sementara titik pemesanan ulang ditetapkan pada 299.176 kg per bulan. Peramalan target bahan baku teh hitam di Unit Produksi Pagilaran untuk periode 2024 hingga 2029 menunjukkan peningkatan tahunan sebesar 9.009 kg. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to calculate raw material inventory and plan the target of black tea raw materials in the Production Unit, PT Pagilaran, Batang Regency. This study uses a case study method and data analysis with the Economy Order Quantity (EOQ) approach and forecasting using the ARIMA method. The results showed that the quantity of black tea shoots analyzed using the EOQ approach resulted in an economic quantity of 415,304 kg per month, which is lower than the actual quantity. The total economic inventory cost of black tea leaves obtained using the Economic Order Quantity method was Rp6.467.049.610,00 resulting in a cost saving of 28 percent compared to the actual total inventory cost. Safety stock is calculated at 207,410 kg per month, while the reorder point is set at 299,176 kg per month. Forecasting the black tea raw material target at Pagilaran Production Unit for the period 2024 to 2029 shows an annual increase of 9,009 kg. |
