| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Itik Tegal merupakan salah satu jenis itik asli Indonesia yang memiliki potensi besar dalam industri perunggasan di Indonesia, peran penting yang dimiliki unggas lokal tersebut ialah memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi daging dan telur. Bobot dan persentase karkas utuh serta karkas dada itik tegal afkir dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti kondisi lingkungan, genetik dan nutrien pakan. Pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro diharapkan menunjukkan potensinya untuk meningkatkan bobot dan persentase karkas serta dada itik tegal afkir yang dipelihara secara terkurung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro dalam meningkatkan bobot dan persentase karkas serta dada itik Tegal. Materi yang digunakan adalah Itik Tegal usia 14 bulan yang masa produksinya mulai menurun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental, dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) one way classification (pola searah) dengan 3 perlakuan yaitu L1 = Lacsacpro dengan starter Lactobacillus casei 65 ml+Saccharomyces cerevisiae 15 gram, L2 = Lacsacpro dengan starter Lactobacillus casei 130 ml+Saccharomyces cerevisiae 10 gram, L3 = Lacsacpro dengan starter Lactobacillus casei 195 ml+Saccharomyces cerevisiae 5 gram dan 6 kali pengulangan menggunakan 540 ekor itik dengan kandang terkurung. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis variansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan non signifikan (P>0.05) terhadap bobot dan persentase karkas utuh dan bagian dada pada itik Tegal. Kesimpulan dari hasil tersebut bahwa pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro masih belum mampu untuk meningkatkan Bobot dan persentase karkas serta dada pada itik Tegal afkir. |

Inggris) | Tegal duck is one of the native Indonesian duck species that has great potential in the poultry industry in Indonesia, the important role of local poultry is to meet the needs of meat and egg consumption. The weight and percentage of whole carcass and breast carcass of spent Tegal duck can be influenced by several factors such as environmental conditions, genetics and feed nutrition. The administration of Lacsacpro probiotics is expected to show its potential to increase the weight and percentage of carcass and breast of spent Tegal ducks that are kept intensively. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of administering Lacsacpro probiotics on the weight and percentage of carcass and breast of Tegal ducks. The material used was 14-month-old Tegal ducks whose production period began to decline. The research method used was an experimental method, with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) one-way classification (one-way pattern) with 3 treatments, namely L1 = Lacsacpro with 65 ml Lactobacillus casei starter + 15 grams of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, L2 = Lacsacpro with 130 ml Lactobacillus casei starter + 10 grams of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, L3 = Lacsacpro with 195 ml Lactobacillus casei starter + 5 grams of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and 6 times repeated using 540 ducks. The analysis was conducted using variance analysis. The results of the study showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the weight and percentage of whole carcasses and breasts in Tegal ducks. The conclusion from these results is that the administration of Lacsacpro probiotics is still unable to affect the weight and percentage of carcasses and breasts in retired Tegal ducks. |
