KINERJA PRODUKSI USAHA PETERNAKAN SAPI PERAH SAAT DAN PASCA OUTBREAKING PENYAKIT MULUT DAN KUKU (PMK) DI KECAMATAN SUMBANG DAN BATURRADEN bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi usaha peternakan sapi perah di Kabupaten Banyumas. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui days open, service per conception, calving interval, produksi susu, jumlah ternak di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel wilayah menggunakan cluster random sampling maka terpilih dua Kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Baturraden dan Kecamatan Sumbang dari delapan kecamatan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rataan saat outbreak PMK variabel Days open (113,84 hari), calving interval (393,34 hari), service per conception (2,73), produksi susu (1132,05 liter/bulan), dan jumlah ternak (6.30 ST). Sedangkan pasca outbreak PMK variabel days open (114,61 hari), calving interval (394,30 hari), service per conception (2,7), produksi susu (897.90 liter/bulan), dan jumlah ternak (6.16 ST). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa variabel days open, calving interval, days open, service per conception, produksi susu, dan jumlah ternak tidak ada perbedaan nyata. |

Production Performance of Dairy Cattle Farming During and After the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) Outbreak in Sumbang and Baturraden Subdistricts this study aims to assess the condition of dairy cattle farming in Banyumas Regency. The objectives are to determine the days open, service per conception, calving interval, milk production, and the number of livestock in Banyumas Regency. The research employs a survey method, using cluster random sampling to select two subdistricts Baturraden and Sumbang, from a total of eight subdistricts in Banyumas Regency. The results indicate that during the FMD outbreak, the average values for the variables were days open (113.84 days), calving interval (393.34 days), service per conception (2.73), milk production (132.05 liters/month), and livestock number (6.30 ST). After the FMD outbreak, the average values were days open (114.61 days), calving interval (394.30 days), service per conception (2.7), milk production (897.90 liters/month), and livestock number (6.16 ST) The analysis shows that there are no significant differences in the variables of days open, calving interval, service per conception, milk production, and livestock number. |
