| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh baik secara bersama-sama maupun parsial Upah Minimum Provinsi, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Indeks Risiko Bencana terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung di 6 provinsi di Indonesia yakni, Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Kalimantan Utara, Sulawesi Tengah, Riau dan Maluku Utara sebagai lokasi penelitian dengan periode waktu tahun 2016 – 2022. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan model terbaik yang dipilih yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM) yang dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software Eviews 12. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) Secara bersama-sama Upah Minimum Provinsi, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Indeks Risiko Bencana berpengaruh terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung (2) Upah Minimum Provinsi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung (3) Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung (4) Indeks Risiko Bencana berpengaruh negatif terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung. Implikasi penelitian terhadap pemerintah khususnya yakni, penetapan upah minimum provinsi harus dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat namun juga tidak terlalu merugikan bagi investor. Selain menjaga kestabilan harga barang dan jasa yang membentuk indikator upah minimum provinsi, pemerintah perlu meningkatkan akses pelatihan kepada tenaga kerja secara masif dan inklusif dengan harapan kenaikan upah minimum provinsi sejalan dengan tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja, peningkatan akses pendidikan dan kesehatan yang terjangkau dan murah, serta melakukan mengintegrasikan strategi adaptasi perubahan iklim dalam upaya pengurangan risiko bencana untuk menghadapi ancaman bencana. |

Inggris) | This research aims to look at the influence, both jointly and partially, of the Provincial Minimum Wage, Human Development Index, and Disaster Risk Index on Foreign Direct Investment in 6 provinces in Indonesia, namely, DKI Jakarta, West Java, North Kalimantan, Central Sulawesi, Riau, and North Maluku as the research location for the period 2016 – 2022. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the method used in this research is using panel data regression analysis with the best model chosen, namely the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) which is analyzed using the help of tools. Soft Review 12. Based on the research results, it is known that (1) Together the Provincial Minimum Wage, Human Development Index, and Disaster Risk Index affect Foreign Direct Investment (2) The Provincial Minimum Wage hurts Foreign Direct Investment (3) The Human Development Index has a positive effect on Investment Foreign Direct (4) The Disaster Risk Index hurts Foreign Direct Investment. The implications of the research for the government in particular are that the determination of provincial minimum wages must be able to improve people's welfare but also not be too detrimental to investors. In addition to maintaining stability in the prices of goods and services which form the provincial minimum wage indicator, the government needs to massively and inclusively increase access to training for workers with the hope of increasing the provincial minimum wage in line with the level of labor productivity, increasing access to affordable and cheap education and health, as well as integrating climate change adaptation strategies in disaster risk reduction efforts to face the threat of disaster. |
