| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) 2,4-Dimetil amina (DMA) yang efektif untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman pakcoy serta pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan maupun hasil tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Pasir Kulon, Kecamatan Karanglewas, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah, Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mulai bulan Agustus hingga Desember 2023. Rancangan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial 5 ulangan yang terdiri atas 5 taraf konsentrasi yaitu 3,00 ppm; 2,25 ppm; 1,50 ppm; 0,75 ppm; dan 0 ppm. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian di analisis uji F dan apabila berpengaruh nyata maka dilanjutkan uji DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum aplikasi ZPT 2,4-DMA berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil serta karakter fisiologis tanaman pakcoy. Konsentrasi terbaik yaitu 3,00 ppm memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, luas daun, jumlah daun, bobot tanaman segar dan kering, serta bobot tajuk segar dan kering. Akan tetapi, kehijauan dan kadar klorofil daun, kerapatan dan bukaan stomata, volume akar, serta bobot akar segar dan kering tidak menunjukkan pengaruh nyata. Tidak ada gejala fitotoksisitas pada tanaman yang diaplikasikan ZPT 2,4-DMA. |

Inggris) | The research aimed to determine the concentration of plant growth regulator (PGR) 2,4-Dimethyl amine (DMA) that is effective for increasing pakcoy crop production and its effect on the growth and yield of pakcoy crops. This research was conducted in Pasir Kulon Village, Karanglewas District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Plant Protection Laboratory and Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from August to December 2023. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD) with five replications consisting of five level of PGR 2,4DMA concentration treatments of 3.00 ppm, 2.25 ppm, 1.50 ppm, 0.75 ppm; and 0 ppm, respectivily. The data were analyzed using the F test analysis, andi f the result of the analysis has a real effect the DMRT (Duncan’t Multiple Range Test) test is continued at an error level of 5%. The result showed that in general the application of PGR 2,4-DMA had a positive effect on the growth and yield as well as the physiological character of pakcoy crop. The best concentration of 3.00 ppm has a very noticeable effect on plant height, leaf area, number of leaves, weight of fresh and dried plants, and weight of fresh and dried headers. However, leaf greenness and chlorophyll levels, stomatal density and opening, root volume, and weight of fresh and dried roots showed no noticeable effect. There were no symptoms of phytotoxicity in plants to which PGR 2,4-DMA was applied. |
