| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Skripsi ini berjudul “Aspek Reproduksi Ikan Lukas (Labiobarbus leptocheilus) di Hilir Sungai Klawing, Kabupaten Purbalingga”. Peneliitian mengenai aspek reproduksi ikan lukas (Labiobarbus leptocheilus) masih jarang dilakukan dan belum pernah dilaksanakan di Sungai Klawing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek reproduksi termasuk IGS, IHS, dan IVS ikan lukas di hilir Sungai Klawing, Purbalingga sebagai informasi dasar dalam upaya perlindungan spesies serta domestikasi ikan lukas. Pengambilan sampel ikan dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2023 di 3 titik yaitu stasiun 1 (Jetis), 2 (Bokol), dan 3 (Kedungbenda) dengan menggunakan metode purposive random sampling kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata IGS di hilir, ikan jantan sebesar 14,35% ± 0,05 dan ikan betina sebesar 22,58% ± 0,12. Nilai rata-rata IHS di hilir, ikan jantan sebesar 0,5% ± 0,001 dan ikan betina sebesar 0,72% ± 0,003. Nilai rata-rata IVS di hilir, ikan jantan sebesar 4,12% ± 0,001 dan ikan betina sebesar 4,19% ± 0,004. Kualitas air di hilir Sungai Klawing masih dalam batas toleransi yang dapat diterima ikan dan termasuk layak sebagai habitat ikan lukas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This thesis is entitled "Reproductive Aspects of Thin-lips Barb (Labiobarbus leptocheilus) in the Downstream of Klawing River, Purbalingga Regency". Research on the reproductive aspects of thin-lips barb is still rarely found and has never been carried out in Klawing River. The aim of this research is to determine reproductive aspects including GSI, HSI, and VSI of thin-lips barb in the downstream of Klawing River, Purbalingga as basic information in efforts to protect the species and domestication purpose. Fish sampling was carried out from October to December 2023 at 3 points, namely stations 1 (Jetis), 2 (Bokol), and 3 (Kedungbenda) using purposive random sampling method and then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average GSI in the river downstream, male fish was 14.35% ± 0.05 and female fish was 22.58% ± 0.12. The average HSI in the river downstream, male fish is 0.5% ± 0.001 and female fish is 0.72% ± 0.003. The average VSI in the river downstream, male fish is 4.12% ± 0.001 and female fish is 4.19% ± 0.004. The water quality downstream of the Klawing River is still within the tolerance limits for fish and is considered suitable as habitat for thin-lips barb. |
