Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Kubis bunga merupakan tanaman sayuran yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi namun
produksinya terus menurun beberapa tahun terakhir. Peningkatan hasil tanaman kubis
bunga dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian pupuk organik cair dan penggunaan varietas
yang unggul. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi terbaik antara
konsentrasi POC kotoran kelinci dan tiga varietas unggul. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa
Banjarsari Wetan, dengan rancangan percobaan rancangan acak lengkap 2 faktor. Faktor
pertama, konsentrasi 0 mL/L (K0), 150 mL/L (K1), dan 300 mL/L (K2). Faktor kedua,
Varietas Pm 126 (V1), Larissa (V2), dan Bima 45 (V3). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian
konsentrasi POC kotoran kelinci berbeda nyata terhadap variabel kehijauan daun,
kerapatan stomata, laju pertumbuhan tanaman (LPT), dan laju asimilasi bersih.
Penggunaan tiga varietas berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel. Terdapat
interaksi antara konsentrasi POC dengan penggunaan tiga varietas berbeda LPT.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Cabbage is a vegetable crop that has high economic value but its production has
continued to decline in recent years. Increasing the yield of flower cabbage can be done
by applying liquid organic fertilizer and using superior varieties. The research aimed to
get the best combination between the concentration of rabbit manure POC and three
superior varieties. The research was conducted in Banjarsari Wetan Village, with a 2-
factor completely randomized design experiment design. The first factor, concentration
of 0 mL/L (K0), 150 mL/L (K1), and 300 mL/L (K2). The second factor, variety Pm 126
(V1), Larissa (V2), and Bima 45 (V3). Based on the results of the study, the concentration
of rabbit manure POC was significantly different on the variables of leaf greenness,
stomatal density, plant growth rate (LPT), and net assimilation rate. The use of three
different varieties significantly affects all variables. There is an interaction between the
concentration of POC and the use of three different varieties of LPT.
