| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro terhadap ketebalan kerabang dan specific gravity telur itik Tegal yang dipelihara secara terkurung. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 216 butir telur yang berasal dari Itik Tegal umur produksi sebanyak 540 ekor yang dipelihara secara terkurung dalam 18 petak kandang. Pakan yang diberikan terdiri dari ikan segar, dedak, nasi aking, dan konsentrat. Kandungan nutrisinya adalah Protein Kasar 18,91%, lemak 5,02%, dan serat 8,91%. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 6 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan, yaitu L1 = Lacsacpro dengan komposisi starter Lactobacillus casei (65 ml) + Saccharomyces cerevisiae (15 gram), L2 = Lacsacpro dengan komposisi starter Lactobacillus casei (135 ml) + Saccharomyces cerevisiae (10 gram), L3 = Lacsacpro dengan komposisi starter Lactobacillus casei (195 ml) + Saccharomyces cerevisiae (5 gram). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro terhadap ketebalan kerabang dan Specific gravity telur itik Tegal yang dipelihara secara terkurung berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05), dengan nilai ketebalan kerabang rata-rata 0,359 ± 0,011 dan nilai specific gravity rata-rata 1,090 ± 0,006. Kesimpulan Pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro L1, L2, dan L3 dalam pakan memberikan dampak yang relatif sama terhadap ketebalan kerabang dan specific gravity telur itik Tegal yang dipelihara secara terkurung. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of Lacsacpro probiotic administration on shell thickness and specific gravity of Tegal duck eggs that were kept intensively. The materials used in this study was 216 eggs from 540 Tegal ducks at production age which were kept in 18 cages. The feed provided consisted of fresh fish, bran, aking rice, and concentrate. The nutritional content were 18,91% crude protein, 5,02% fat, and 8,91% fiber. The study was conducted using a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 6 repeats. The treatment were, L1 = Lacsacpro with starter composition Lactobacillus casei (65 ml) + Saccharomyces cerevisiae (15 grams), L2 = Lacsacpro with starter composition Lactobacillus casei (135 ml) + Saccharomyces cerevisiae (10 grams), L3 = Lacsacpro with starter composition Lactobacillus casei (195 ml) + Saccharomyces cerevisiae (5 grams). The results showed that the administration of Lacsacpro probiotics on shell thickness and specific gravity of Tegal duck eggs that were kept intensively had no significant effect (P>0.05), with an average shell thickness value of 0.359 ± 0.011 mm and an average specific gravity value of 1.090 ± 0.006. Conclusion was that the administration of Lacsacpro probiotics L1, L2, and L3 in feed has a relatively similar impact on the shell thickness and specific gravity of Tegal duck eggs that were kept intensively. |
