| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kesiapan belajar, keterampilan mengajar dosen dan fasilitas belajar online terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran daring mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto yang berjumlah 146 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan hasil sebanyak 107 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kesiapan belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto, 2) Keterampilan mengajar dosen berpengaruh positif terhadap mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto, 3) Fasilitas belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Studi ini menghasilkan informasi mengenai keterampilan mengajar dosen. Di mana keterampilan mengajar dosen diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran. Semakin baiknya keterampilan mengajar dosen maka semakin baik pula kepuasan mahasiswa, maka dari itu diperlukan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dosen dalam kegiatan mengajar di kelas. Hasil penelitian ini sejalan dengan Siti Haryati (2020) dan Emi Ratna Dewi (2021) yang menyebutkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar dosen berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk menambah variabel moderasi untuk mengetahui adanya kemungkinan variabel lain yang dapat memperkuat ataupun memperlemah hubungan korelasi antara kesiapan belajar, keterampilan mengajar dosen dan fasilitas belajar online terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran daring. |

Inggris) | This research is a quantitative study with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of learning readiness, lecturer teaching skills and online learning facilities on student satisfaction with online learning for students in the Department of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The population in this study were students from the Department of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, totaling 146 students. The sampling technique in this research usessimple random sampling. To determine the sample size in this study, the Slovin formula was used with results of 107 students. Based on the results of this research, it shows that: 1) Readiness to learn has no effect on student satisfaction in the Department of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, 2) Teaching skills of lecturers have a positive effect on students in the Department of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, 3 ) Learning facilities have no effect on student satisfaction at the Department of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. This study produces information regarding lecturers' teaching skills. Where lecturers' teaching skills are needed to increase student satisfaction during learning. The better the lecturer's teaching skills, the better the student satisfaction, therefore activities are needed that can improve the lecturer's skills in teaching activities in the classroom. The results of this study are in line with Siti Haryati (2020) and Emi Ratna Dewi (2021) who stated that lecturers' teaching skills have a positive effect on student learning satisfaction. Future research is expected to add moderating variabels to determine the possibility of other variabels that can strengthen or weaken the correlation between learning readiness, lecturer teaching skills and online learning facilities on student satisfaction with online learning. |
