| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesejahteraan karyawan, kompensasi finansial, gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pabrik di kota Cikarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pabrik bonafide dan non bonafide di Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 384 responden. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kesejahteraan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) kompensasi finansial berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. |

Inggris) | This research to determine the influence of employee welfare, financial compensation, leadership style and job satisfaction on the performance of factory employees in the city of Cikarang. The population in this study were bonafide and non-bonafide factory companies in Cikarang. This research uses quantitative methods and the sampling technique use purposive sampling. Data was obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The number of respondents obtained was 384 respondents. The results of the study using IBM SPSS show that: (1) employee welfare has a positive effect on employee performance (2) financial compensation has a negative effect on employee performance; (3) leadership style has a negative effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. |
