| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Karyawan UMKM sangat penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi. Pelatihan yang baik memberikan keterampilan baru, sementara sikap proaktif mendorong inisiatif dan inovasi, yang berkontribusi pada daya saing UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap karyawan UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas, berfokus pada Proactive Personality, Transfer of Training, dan Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan 49 responden yang telah mengikuti pelatihan minimal dua kali, analisis regresi linear dan sobel test menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Proactive Personality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) Proactive Personality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Transfer of Training, (3) Transfer of Training memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan, (4) Transfer of Training memediasi hubungan Proactive Personality terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,Implikasinya, pemilik UMKM harus memperhatikan karakteristik personal karyawan, mengadakan pelatihan terintegrasi, dan mengembangkan disiplin kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Pelatihan yang tidak hanya fokus pada keterampilan teknis tetapi juga pada karakter proaktif dapat berdampak positif pada kinerja dan pencapaian tujuan UMKM. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | MSME employees are very important in increasing productivity and efficiency. Good training provides new skills, while proactive attitudes encourage initiative and innovation, which contribute to the competitiveness of MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of MSME employees in Banyumas Regency, focusing on Proactive Personality, Transfer of Training, and Employee Performance. With 49 respondents who have attended training at least twice, linear regression analysis and Sobel test show that: (1) Proactive Personality has a positive influence on Employee Performance, (2) Proactive Personality has a positive influence on Transfer of Training, (3) Transfer of Training has a positive influence on Employee Performance, (4) Transfer of Training mediates the relationship between Proactive Personality and Employee Performance, The implication is that MSME owners must pay attention to employee personal characteristics, conduct integrated training, and develop work discipline to improve performance. Training that not only focuses on technical skills but also on proactive character can have a positive impact on MSME performance and goal achievement. |
