Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Padi merupakan bahan pangan penting yang harus terjaga produktivitasnya untuk mewujudkan swasembada pangan. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas padi yang tinggi adalah dengan meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dengan cara pemupukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk NZEO-SR Plus terhadap sifat kimia tanah unsur hara P, K dan hasil padi, 2) Mengetahui pengaruh waktu pemberian pupuk NZEO-SR Plus terhadap sifat kimia taha unsur hara P, K dan hasil padi, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh dosis dan waktu pemberian pupuk NZEO-SR Plus terhadap sifat kimia tanah unsur hara P, K dan hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan sawah Desa Sumbang, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas serta dilaksanakan analisis kimia di laboratorium tanah dan sumber daya lahan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama enam bulan dari bulan Maret 2023 hingga September 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor dan 3 kali ulangan. Percobaan dilakukan pada petak lahan sawah dengan ukuran 3 x 4 m sebanyak 24 petak. Variabel yang diamati meliputi pH H2O, DHL, potensial redoks, KTK (Kapasitas Tukar Kation), C-organik, P-total, P-tersedia, K-total, K-tersedia, bobot kering tanaman, bobot 1000 biji, persentase gabah bernas, dan persentase gabah hampa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dosis pupuk NZEO-SR Plus mampu menningkatkan DHL tanah. Namun, pada variabel pengamatan sifat kimia tanah yang lain belum memberikan hasil yang nyata. Pemberian dosis pupuk NZEO-SR Plus mampu meningkatkan variabel hasil tanaman padi berupa bobot kering tanaman, bobot 1000 biji, persentase gabah bernas, dan persentase gabah hampa. Dosis terbaik untuk bobot 1000 biji yaitu 450 kg/ha sedangkan dosis terbaik untuk persentase gabah bernas dan persentase gabah hampa yaitu 375 kg/ha. Waktu pemberian pupuk NZEO-SR Plus tidak menunjukkan perbedaan baik pada variabel kimia tanah maupun hasil tanaman padi serta tidak adanya interaksi antara dosis pupuk yang diberikan dengan waktu pemupukan yang dilakukan.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Rice is an important food whose productivity must be maintained to achieve food self-sufficiency. One effort that can be made to increase high rice productivity is to increase soil fertility by fertilizing. This research aims to 1) determine the effect of the dose of NZEO-SR Plus fertilizer on the chemical properties of soil nutrients P, K and rice yield, 2) determine the effect of the time of application of NZEO-SR Plus fertilizer on the chemical properties of soil nutrients P, K and rice yield., 3) Knowing the effect of the dose and time of application of NZEO-SR Plus fertilizer on the soil chemical properties of P, K nutrients and rice yields. The research was carried out in the rice fields of Sumbang Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency and chemical analysis was carried out in the soil and land resources laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The research was carried out for six months from March 2023 to September 2023. This research used a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The experiment was carried out on 24 plots of rice fields measuring 3 x 4 m. Variables observed included pH H2O, EC, redox potential, CEC (Cation Exchange Capacity), C-organic, P-total, P-available, K-total, K-available, plant dry weight, weight of 1000 seeds, percentage of healthy grain, and the percentage of empty grain. The research results showed that administering a dose of NZEO-SR Plus fertilizer was able to improve the chemical quality of the soil and had a significant effect on lowland rice yields. The treatment dose of 600 kg/ha showed the highest results in the variables redox potential (108 mV), C-organic (5.5%), P-total 45.5 mg/100), K-total (5.28 mg/100), and K-available (1.41 cmol (+)/kg). The treatment dose of 200 kg/ha showed the highest results in the CEC variables (48.28 cmol (+)/kg) and P-Available (18.37 ppm). The treatment dose of 0 kg/ha showed the highest results on the pH-H2O variable (6.1) and EC (123.43 µs/cm). In the rice crop yield variable, the treatment dose of 600 kg/ha showed the highest yield in the plant dry weight variable (43.82 g). The treatment dose of 400 kg/ha showed the highest results in the variable weight of 1000 seeds (31.54 g) and percentage of full grain (93.65%). The 0 kg/ha treatment showed the highest results in the percentage of empty grain (10.08%). The results of the analysis showed that there was no interaction between the dose of fertilizer given and the time of fertilization.
