| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Laboratorium Jurusan Informatika memiliki laman (website) yang berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi mahasiswa dan dosen. Tetapi, hingga saat ini laman (website) tersebut belum terdapat informasi-informasi mengenai Laboratorium jurusan Informatika secara lengkap sehingga mahasiswa maupun dosen kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai Laboratorium jurusan Informatika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki user interface dan user experience website tersebut guna untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengguna. Metode User Centered Design digunakan untuk merancang user interface dan user experience, sedangkan pengujian dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa desain baru berhasil meningkatkan kegunaan dan kepuasan pengguna secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan desain sebelumnya. Skor rata-rata System Usability Scale sebesar 80,60 berada pada peringkat “A” dengan adjective rating “Excellent”. Kesimpulannya, perbaikan user interface dan user experience pada website Laboratorium Informatika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik dan mendukung proses belajar mengajar dengan lebih efektif. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Informatics Department Laboratory has a page (website) that functions as a source of information for students and lecturers. However, until now the page (website) has not contained information about the Informatics Department Laboratory in full so that students and lecturers have difficulty getting information about the Informatics Department Laboratory. This research aims to improve the user interface and user experience of the website in order to increase user understanding. The User Centered Design method is used to design the user interface and user experience, while testing is done using the System Usability Scale. The results show that the new design has significantly improved usability and user satisfaction compared to the previous design. The average System Usability Scale score of 80,60 is ranked “A” with an adjective rating of “Excellent”. In conclusion, the improvement of the user interface and user experience on the website of the Informatics Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman is able to provide a better user experience and support the teaching and learning process more effectively. |
