| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui trend populasi ternak itik dari tahun 2014 ke tahun 2023 serta mengetahui daerah basis pengembangan ternak itik di Kabupaten Brebes. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengambil sampel yaitu metode survey dengan observasi dan dokumenter data untuk mengetahui data populasi itik dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan secara statistik sederhana untuk memberi gambaran mengenai jumlah dan rataan populasi itik, selanjutnya menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui trend populasi. Untuk mengetahui daerah basis pengembangan itik dianalisis dengan Location Quotients (LQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa populasi ternak itik di Kabupaten Brebes cukup tinggi yaitu sebanyak 287.006 ekor, namun kondisi tersebut mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan terutama dalam tiga tahun terakhir, dengan persamaan trend Y = 48309815,73 - 23708,988 X dan koefisien determinasi sebesar R² = 0,577. Basis pengembangan ternak itik di Kabupaten Brebes dengan indeks LQ > 1 terdapat di Kecamatan Kecamatan Brebes (31,5061), Bulakamba (5,18033), Tonjong (3,43357), Larangan (1,878), Salem (1,41145), dan Losari (1,27316). Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa trend populasi ternak Itik di Kabupaten Brebes mengalami penurunan dalam tiga tahun terakhir namun populasi ternak itik masih tertinggi di Jawa Tengah dan basis pengembangan ternak itik di Kabupaten Brebes berada di Kecamatan Brebes, Bulakamba, Tonjong, Larangan, Salem, dan Losari. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The study aims to determine the trend of duck population from 2014 to 2023 and determine the base area for duck livestock development in Brebes Regency. The method used to take samples is the survey method with observation and documentary data to find out duck population data in the last 10 years. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and simple statistics to provide an overview of the number and average duck population, then using simple linear regression to determine population trends. To determine the base area of duck development, it was analyzed with Location Quotients (LQ). The results showed that the population of ducks in Brebes Regency is quite high at 287,006 heads, but the condition has decreased significantly, especially in the last three years, with a trend equation Y = 48309815.73 - 23708.988 X and a coefficient of determination of R² = 0.577. The base of duck livestock development in Brebes District with LQ index > 1 is in Brebes Sub-district (31.5061), Bulakamba (5.18033), Tonjong (3.43357), Larangan (1.878), Salem (1.41145), and Losari (1.27316). The results of the study can be concluded that the trend of duck population in Brebes Regency has decreased in the last three years but the population of ducks is still the highest in Central Java and the basis for developing ducks in Brebes Regency is in Brebes, Bulakamba, Tonjong, Larangan, Salem, and Losari sub-districts. |
