| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pendugaan Bobot Badan Berdasarkan Panjang Badan dan Tinggi Pundak Domba Dorper Persilangan dengan Metode Regresi Linier Berganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan ukuran linier tubuh dan bobot domba Dorper persilangan dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda berdasarkan panjang badan dan tinggi pundak. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Desember 2023-12 Januari 2024 bertempat di Gebas Farm, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Kabupaten Banyumas. Materi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu domba Dorper persilangan umur anakan (<1 tahun), pejantan dan betina (2-4 tahun). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier, analisis korelasi, analisis determinasi, uji keakuratan dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil jantan dewasa rata-rata bobot badan 30,40 + 13,88 kg, panjang badan 59,06 + 9,46 cm, tinggi pundak 59,99 + 6,57 cm, betina dewasa memiliki rata-rata bobot badan 21,55 + 3,32 kg, panjang badan 52,38 + 2,93 cm, tinggi pundak 59,51 + 5,14 cm, jantan anakan memiliki rata-rata bobot badan 14,18 + 6,52 kg, panjang badan 45,49 + 8,25 cm, tinggi pundak 49,67 + 8,89 cm, ternak betina anakan memiliki rata-rata bobot badan 7,06 + 2,72 kg, panjang badan 35,36 + 3,96 cm, tinggi pundak 43,08 + 4,27 cm. Nilai koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,917 dan 84,1%. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh yaitu -31,50 + 0,72X1 + 0,27X2 dengan Y = bobot badan, X1 = panjang badan, X2 = tinggi pundak dengan nilai persen deviasi absolut sebesar 19,22%. Panjang badan memberikan sumbangan sebesar 70% dan tinggi pundak sebesar 30%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa panjang badan dan tinggi pundak dapat digunakan untuk menduga bobot badan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Estimation of Body Weight Based on Body Length and Shoulder Height of Crossed Dorper Sheep with Multiple Linear Regression Method. This study aims to compare the linear body size and weight of crossbred Dorper sheep with multiple linear regression equations based on body length and shoulder height. The research was conducted on December 12, 2023-January 12, 2024 at Gebas Farm, Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas Regency. The research material used was Dorper sheep of puppy age (<1 year), males and females (2-4 years). The research method used was a purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis, accuracy test and t test. The results showed that adult males had an average body weight of 30.40 + 13.88 kg, body length 59.06 + 9.46 cm, shoulder height 59.99 + 6.57 cm, adult females had an average body weight of 21.55 + 3.32 kg, body length 52.38 + 2.93 cm, shoulder height 59.51 + 5.14 cm, male pups had an average body weight of 14.18 + 6.52 kg, body length 45.49 + 8.25 cm, shoulder height 49.67 + 8.89 cm, female pups had an average body weight of 7.06 + 2.72 kg, body length 35.36 + 3.96 cm, shoulder height 43.08 + 4.27 cm. The correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination were 0.917 and 84,1%. The regression equation obtained is -31.50 + 0.72X1 + 0.27X2 with Y = body weight, X1= body length, X2 = shoulder height with a percent deviation value of 19.22%. Body length contributes 70% and shoulder height is 30%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that body length and shoulder height can be used to predict body weight. |
