| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang dilaksanakan berjudul “Analisis Break Even Point dan Payback Period Usaha Ternak Sapi Peranakan Ongole (PO) di Kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah”. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16-18 November 2023 di Kabupaten Kebumen. Tujuan dari penelitian tersebut adalah: (1) Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi break even point usaha sapi PO di Kabupaten Kebumen, Jawa Tengah; (2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi payback period usaha sapi PO di Kabupaten Kebumen, Jawa Tengah. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan untuk menentukan kecamatan yaitu purposive sampling dipilih berdasarkan kecamatan yang memiliki populasi terbanyak sapi PO terbanyak di Kabupaten Kebumen. Kecamatan yang terpilih yaitu ada 6 kecamatan diantaranya Kecamatan Klirong, Kecamatan Petanahan, Kecamatan Bonorowo, Kecamatan Mirit, Kecamatan Ambal, dan Kecamatan Puring. Masing-masing kecamatan dipilih sampel peternak menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data terbagi menjadi dua yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, dan data sekunder yang berasal dari instansi terkait dan hasil peneliti lain yang mendukung dan relevan dengan penelitian yang dilaksanakan. Jumlah responden yang diwawancarai berjumlah 60 responden yang berasal dari 6 kecamatan terpilih. Break even point terbagi menjadi dua yaitu BEP harga dan BEP produk, yang dihitung dengan rumus BEP harga yaitu total biaya produksi/total produk yang dihasilkan, dan rumus BEP produk yaitu total biaya produksi/besar harga penjualan, serta menghitung jangka waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengembalikan biaya investasi dengan rumus payback period yaitu modal/laba. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Rata-rata BEP harga dan BEP produk peternak sapi PO Kebumen yaitu Rp7.230.090,50 dan 1,7 ST. Rata-rata payback period peternak sapi PO Kebumen yaitu 7,8 periode atau 7 tahun dan 8 bulan. 2) Variabel jumlah kepemilikan ternak berpengaruh nyata terhadap masing-masing ketiga variabel terikat, variabel dummy pola pemeliharaan yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel BEP produk |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research carried out was entitled "Analysis of Break Even Point and Payback Period of Ongole Crossbreed Cattle Businesses (PO) in Kebumen Distric , Central Java". The research was carried out on 16-18 November 2023 in Kebumen Regency. The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out the factors that influence the break even point of the PO cattle business in Kebumen Regency, Central Java; (2) Knowing the factors that influence the payback period of the PO cattle business in Kebumen Regency, Central Java. The sample selection method used to determine sub-districts, namely purposive sampling, was selected based on the sub-district which has the largest population of PO cattle in Kebumen Regency. There are 6 sub-districts selected, including Klirong District, Petanahan District, Bonorowo District, Mirit District, Ambal District, and Puring District. A sample of breeders was selected from each sub-district using the accidental sampling method. Data collection is divided into two, namely primary data obtained from interviews, and secondary data originating from related agencies and the results of other researchers that support and are relevant to the research being carried out. The number of respondents interviewed was 60 respondents from 6 selected sub-districts. The break even point is divided into two, namely price BEP and product BEP, which are calculated using the price BEP formula, namely total production costs/total products produced, and the product BEP formula, namely total production costs/sales price, as well as calculating the time period required to return investment costs using the payback period formula, namely capital/profit. The results of the research show that: 1) The average BEP price and BEP for PO Kebumen cattle breeder products is IDR 7.320.090,50 and 1.7 ST. The average payback period for PO Kebumen cattle breeders is 7,8 periods or 7 years and 8 months. 2) The variable number of livestock ownership has a significant effect on each of the three dependent variables, the dummy variable for different rearing patterns has a significant effect on the product BEP variable |
