| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan daerah terhadap perrtumbuhan ekonomi era desentralisasi fiskal di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2004-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder melalui teknik pengumpulan dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear data panel dengan common effect model. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa (1) secara bersama-sama rasio kemandirian, rasio efektivitas, rasio efisiensi dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (2) Rasio kemandirian secara individu berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (3) Rasio efektivitas secara individu berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (4) Rasio efisiensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (5) Tenaga kerja secara individu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, (6) Rasio kemandirian merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. |

Inggris) | This research aims to analyze the influence of regional financial performance on economic growth in the fiscal decentralization era in Tegal City and Tegal Regency in 2004-2022. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used is secondary data through documentation data collection techniques and literature study. The data analysis technique uses linear regression analysis of panel data with the common effect model. The results of this research show that (1) the independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio and labor force together have an effect on economic growth, (2) the individual independence ratio has a positive effect on economic growth, (3) the individual effectiveness ratio has a negative effect on economic growth, (4) The efficiency ratio has no effect on economic growth, (5) Individual labor force a significant positive effect on economic growth, (6) The independence ratio is the variable that has the most influence on economic growth. |
