Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Masalah gizi seimbang di Indonesia masih merupakan masalah yang cukup berat. Keadaan gizi ibu yang kurang baik sebelum hamil dan pada waktu hamil cenderung akan melahirkan bayi dengan berar badan rendah (BBLR). Berdasarkan profil kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas (2010), AKI di Kabupaten Banyumas 116,81 per I00.000 kelahiran hidup ditahun 2010. Jumlah ibu hamil beresiko tinggi 165 dari 331 ibu hamil (Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2010). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap, dan asupan gizi ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah intervensi model pendampingan gizi di wilayah Puskesmas Kembaran I Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis dan metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Quasi exsperimen (eksperimen semu). Jumlah sampel sebagai kelompok perlakuan dan pembanding masing-masing sebanyak 18 responden. Data didapatkan melalui observasi dan wawancara responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan form recall. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti adalah pengetahuan, sikap, Tingkat Konsumsi Energi (TKE) dan Tingkat Konsumsi Protein (TKP). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat (uji Paired t-Test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap, TKE dan TKP pada ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah intervensi model pendampingan, tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap, TKE dan TKP pada ibu hamil pembanding, Ada perbedaaan pengetahuan, sikap dan TKE kelompok perlakuan setelah dilakukan intervensi model pendampingan gizi dengan kelompok pembanding yang tidak diberi perlakuan. Tidak ada perbedaan TKP antara kelompok perlakuan dan pembanding. Disarankan Bagi Institusi kesehatan, perlu dilakukan penyuluhan secara rutin yang terkait tentang makanan yang sehat dan aman untuk dikonsumsi serta memenuhi syarat gizi seimbang.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The problem of balanced nutrition in Indonesia was still a substantial problem. The condition of poor maternal nutrition before pregnancy and during pregnancy tended to bear a baby with low body weight (LBW). The proportion of LBW in Indonesia based on Riskesdas data in 2010 was 11,1%. Based on the Banyumas health profile (2010), AKI in Banyumas Regency in 2009 were 147,13 of 100,000 live births, then declined to 116,81 of 100.000 live births in 2010. The numbers of high-risk pregnant women were 165 of 331 pregnant women (Banyumas Health Profile 2010). The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in knowledge, attitudes, and nutrient intake of pregnant women before and after the intervention of nutrition assistance model in the Kembaran Health Center I, Banyumas Regency. The type and methods of this research used Quasi experiment. The number of samples as the treatment group and the comparing group each had a total of 18 respondents. Data were obtained through observation and respondents interview using questionnaires and recall forms. The variables studied were knowledge, attitude, level of energy consumption (TKE) and the level of protein intake (TKP). Data analyses were performed by univariate and bivariate analyses (Paired t-Test). The results showed that there were differences in knowledge, attitudes, TKE and TKP on pregnant women before and after the intervention of mentoring model, there was no difference in knowledge, attitudes, TKE and TKP on comparing pregnant women. There were differences of knowledge, attitudes and TKE from the treatment group after the intervention of nutrition mentoring models with the comparing group which did not receive treatment. Meanwhile, There was no difference of TKP between the treatment and comparing group. It was necessarily recommended for healthcare institutions to make counseling on regular basis related to safe and healthy foods to be consumed and qualify the balanced nutrition.
