Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh sistem olah tanah terbaik,
dosis kasgot efisien dan interaksi antara sistem olah tanah dan dosis kasgot terhadap
karakter pertumbuhan, fisiologi, dan hasil jagung ungu pada dosis NPK rendah. Penelitian
dilaksanakan mulai bulan Maret-Agustus 2023 di Lahan Percobaan Ex-Farm
Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan analisis dilakukan di Laboratorium
Agroekologi, Laboratorium Agronomi Fakultas Pertanian, Fakultas Pertanian
Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Rancangan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak
Kelompok faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan
pertama yaitu sistem olah tanah (T), yaitu T0 : Tanpa olah tanah, T1 : Olah tanam
minimum, T2 : Olah tanah sempurna. Perlakuan kedua adalah dosis kasgot (P),
yaitu P1 : Kasgot 5 t/ha, P2 : Kasgot 10 t/ha, P3 : Kasgot 15 t/ha. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan olah tanah berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman,
jumlah daun, luas daun, diameter batang, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering
tanaman, panjang tongkol dengan kelobot, panjang tongkol tanpa kelobot, berat
tongkol dengan kelobot, berat tongkol tanpa kelobot, diameter tongkol dengan
kelobot, dan diameter tongkol tanpa kelobot. Perlakuan tanpa olah tanah
memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman sebesar 157,47 cm,
jumlah daun sebesar 8,40 helai, luas daun sebesar 284,10 cm2
, diameter batang
sebesar 11,09 mm, bobot segar tanaman sebesar 123,33 g, bobot kering tanaman
sebesar 38,55 g, panjang tongkol dengan kelobot sebesar 18,38 cm, panjang tongkol
tanpa kelobot sebesar 13,72 cm, berat tongkol dengan kelobot sebesar 118,77 g,
berat tongkol tanpa kelobot sebesar 108,66 g, diameter tongkol dengan kelobot
sebesar 41,90 mm, dan diameter tongkol tanpa kelobot sebesar 39,02 mm. Dosis
kasgot yang berbeda berpengaruh terhadap bobot segar tanaman dan bobot kering
tanaman. Dosis 15 t kasgot/ha memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap variabel bobot
segar tanaman sebesar 109,11 g, bobot kering tanaman sebesar 33,55 g, diameter
tongkol dengan kelobot sebesar 39,28 mm, dan berat tongkol tanpa kelobot sebesar
85,44 g. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara olah tanah dan dosis kasgot terhadap
pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung ungu.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the best tillage system,
efficient kasgot dosage and the interaction between tillage system and kasgot
dosage on growth characteristics, physiology, and yield of purple corn at low NPK
dosage. The research was conducted from March to August 2023 at the Ex-Farm
Experimental Land of Jenderal Soedirman University and the analysis was carried
out at the Agroecology Laboratory, Agronomy Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture,
Jenderal Soedirman University. The design used was a factorial Randomized
Group Design with two treatment factors and three replications. The first treatment
was the tillage system (T), namely T0 : No tillage, T1: Minimum tillage, T2:
Complete tillage. The second treatment is the dose of kasgot (P), namely P1: 5 t/ha
cassava, P2: Kasgot 10 t/ha, P3: 15 t/ha cassava. The results showed that tillage
treatment affected plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, stem diameter, plant
fresh weight, plant dry weight, cob length with cob, cob length without cob, cob
weight with cob, cob weight without cob, cob diameter with cob, and cob diameter
without cob. The no-tillage treatment gave the best results on the variables of plant
height of 157.47 cm, number of leaves of 8.40 strands, leaf area of 284.10 cm2,
stem diameter of 11.09 mm, plant fresh weight of 123.33 g, plant dry weight of 38.55
g, and cob diameter without cob, cob length with cob 18.38 cm, cob length without
cob 13.72 cm, cob weight with cob 118.77 g, cob weight without cob 108.66 g, cob
diameter with cob 41.90 mm, and cob diameter without cob 39.02 mm. Different
doses of kasgot have an effect on plant fresh weight and plant dry weight. A dose of
15 t kasgot/ha gave the best results on the variable of plant fresh weight of 109.11
g, plant dry weight of 33.55 g, cob diameter with cob of 39.28 mm, and cob weight
without cob of 85.44 g. There was no interaction between tillage and dose of kasgot
on the growth and yield of purple corn. There was no interaction between tillage
and kasgot dosage on growth and yield of purple corn.
