Judul ArtikelAplikasi Bio P60 dan Bio T10 Tunggal dan Gabungan Terhadap Penyakit Antraknosa Buah Cabai Rawit
Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi aplikasi Bio P60 dan Bio T10 tunggal atau gabungan dalam menekan perkembangan penyakit antraknosa dan pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan serta hasil tanaman cabai rawit. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada lahan dengan ketinggian 1.200 m di atas permukaan laut, suhu 20-30 °C, dan curah hujan sekitar 2.000 mm/tahun dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok. Perlakuan yang dicoba yaitu kontrol, fungisida kimia (b.a. mankozeb 80%), Bio P60, Bio T10, dan Gabungan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 (1:1). Variabel pengamatan terdiri atas masa inkubasi, insidensi penyakit, intensitas penyakit, AUDPC, laju infeksi, dan efektivitas pengendalian, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, waktu muncul bunga pertama, waktu muncul buah pertama, jumlah buah, bobot buah per tanaman, bobot panen per plot (8 m3) dan dan uji senyawa fenol secara kualitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA pada taraf kepercayaan 95%, jika hasil yang didapat menunjukkan pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan DMRT pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan gabungan merupakan perlakuan terbaik, dapat menunda masa inkubasi, menekan intensitas penyakit, menurunkan nilai AUDPC masing-masing 13,71, 69,34, 47,06 % dibanding kontrol dan mampu meningkatkan nilai efektivitas pengendalian sebesar 67,68%. Perlakuan Gabungan juga mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil pada tanaman dengan meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah buah, bobot buah per tanaman dan bobot panen per plot (8 m3) masing-masing sebesar 27,38, 62,65, 90,85, 82,99 % dibanding kontrol. Aplikasi Bio P60, Bio T10, dan gabungannya mampu meningkatkan senyawa fenol (tanin, saponin, dan glikosida) secara kualitatif pada tanaman cabai rawit.

Inggris)This study aims to determine the potential of single or combined applications of Bio P60 and Bio T10 in suppressing the development of anthracnose disease and its effect on the growth and yield of chili pepper plants. The research was conducted on land with an altitude of 1,200 m above sea level, a temperature of 20-30 °C, and rainfall of about 2,000 mm/year and the Plant Protection Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The design used was a randomized block design. The treatments were control, chemical fungicide (a.i. mankozeb 80%), Bio P60, Bio T10, and Bio P60 and Bio T10 combined (1:1). The observed variables consisted of incubation period, disease incidence, disease intensity, area under disease progress curve (AUDPC), infection rate, and control effectiveness, plant height, number of leaves, time of first flower appearance, time of first fruit appearance, number of fruits, weight per plant, harvest weight per plot (8 m3) and qualitative phenolic compound content analysis. Data were analyzed using ANOVA at the 95% confidence level, if the results obtained showed a real effect, then followed by DMRT at the 5% error level. The results showed that the combined treatment was the best treatment, could delay the incubation period, suppress disease intensity, reduce AUDPC values by 13.71, 69.34, 47.06% compared to the control and was able to increase the control effectiveness value by 67.67%. The combined treatment was also able to increase plant growth and yield by increasing plant height, fruit number, fruit weight per plant and harvest weight per plot (8 m3) by 27.38, 62.65, 90.85, 82.99% compared to the control, respectively. The application of Bio P60, Bio T10, and their combination can qualitatively increase phenol compounds (tannins, saponins, and glycosides) in chili pepper plants.
