| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Supplier merupakan bagian penting dalam suatu perusahaan yang menyediakan bahan baku untuk keberlangsungan proses produksi. Pemilihan supplier perlu dilakukan dengan penilaian terhadap setiap kriteria yang melibatkan setiap keunggulan dan kelemahan supplier sehingga sesuai dengan kualifikasi perusahaan. UD. Mulia Perkasa Indah merupakan perusahaan pembelah kayu log untuk produksi kayu balok dengan sistem produksi make to order. UD. Mulia Perkasa Indah mengalami kendala proses produksi yang bersumber dari supplier kayu log dengan kualitas material yang tidak konsisten dan keterlambatan pengiriman material. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memilih kriteria yang sesuai perusahaan dan mengetahui hasil pemilihan supplier menggunakan metode SWARA dan MARCOS serta memberikan rekomendasi supplier terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SWARA untuk pembobotan kriteria dan metode MARCOS untuk penilaian supplier terhadap setiap sub kriteria. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh 8 kriteria dan 20 sub kriteria yang tervalidasi. Bobot sub kriteria tertinggi bernilai 0,2478524 didapatkan kriteria kualitas (C11). Nilai supplier tertinggi dengan nilai 1,8204888 diperoleh supplier 7. Sehingga rekomendasi supplier terbaik untuk UD. Mulia Perkasa Indah adalah supplier 7. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Suppliers are an important part of a company that provides raw materials for the continuity of the production process. Supplier selection needs to be done by assessing each criterion involving each supplier's strengths and weaknesses so that it matches the company's qualifications. UD. Mulia Perkasa Indah is a log splitting company for the production of logs using a make to order production system. UD. Mulia Perkasa Indah experienced production process problems sourced from log suppliers with inconsistent material quality and delays in material delivery. The purpose of this research is to choose criteria that suit the company and find out the results of supplier selection using the SWARA and MARCOS methods and provide recommendations for the best suppliers. This research uses the SWARA method for weighting criteria and the MARCOS method for assessing suppliers for each sub-criterion. The results of this research obtained 8 validated criteria and 20 sub-criteria. The highest sub-criterion weight is 0,2478524, which is the quality criterion (C11). The highest supplier score with a value of 1,8204888 was obtained by supplier 7. So the best supplier recommendation for UD. Mulia Perkasa Indah is supplier 7. |
