Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Grafit merupakan alotrop karbon yang dapat menghantarkan arus listrik dan panas dengan baik. Reduced graphene oxide material nano dengan diameter ukuran partikel dalam skala partikel nano yang memiliki sifat mekanik, optoeletronik atau konduktifitas sama dengan graphene. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengaruh penambahan lanthanum oxide terhadap sifat konduktivitas reduced graphene oxide berbahan dasar grafit metode mechanical milling. Variasi penambahan lanthanum oxide yaitu 0, 0,25, 0,5, dan 0,75 gram. Pengujian yang dilakukan X-Ray Difraction (XRD), Field Emission Scaning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (FESEM-EDS), Cyiclic Voltammetry (CV) dan electrochemical impedansi spectroscopy (EIS). Struktur recuded graphene oxide dengan penambahan lanthanum oxide menunjukkan bahwa struktur amorf. Pengaruh pengaruh penambahan lanthanum oxide pada sempel rGo/La2O_3 bahwa menunjukkan morfologi permukaan menjadi lembaran graphene dan lembaran-lembaran lanthanum serta meningkatnya kandungan unsur oksigen sebesar 2,32% dan lanthanum sebesar 18,30%. Nilai kapasitansi spesifik sebesar 291,6506682 F/g, nilai density energy spesifik sebesar 36,45 Wh/Kg pada sempel rGo/La2O3_3 dan nilai impedansi real sebesar 2,571 Ω pada sampel rGo/La2O3_1 dan impedansi imajiner sebesar -9,907 pada sampel rGo/La2O3_1.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Graphite is a carbon allotropic that can transmit electricity and heat well. Reduced graphene oxide is a nano material with a particle size diameter on a nano particle scale that has the same mechanical, optoelectronic or conductivity properties as graphene. In this study the influence of the addition of lanthanum oxide on the conductivity properties of reduced graphene oxide based graphite mechanical milling method. Additional variations of lanthanum oxide are 0, 0,25, 0,5, and 0,75 grams. Tests conducted by X-Ray Difraction (XRD), Field Emission Scaning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (FESEM-EDS), Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscope (EIS). The recuded graphene oxide structure with the addition of lanthanum oxide indicates that the structure is amorphous. The effect of the addition of lanthanum oxide on the rGo/La_2 O_3 compound that shows the surface morphology of the graphene sheet and the lantanum sheet as well as an increase in the oxygen element content by 2.32% and the lanthanum by 18.30%. The specific capacity value was 291.6506682 F/g, the specific energy density value of 36.45 Wh/Kg in the rGO/La2O3_3 Compound and the real impedance value of 2,571 Ω in the sample rGo/La2O3_1 and the imaginary impedance of -9,907 in the sample rGo/La2O3_1.
