Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Pemberian pupuk dan bahan organik bertujuan menambahkan unsur hara pada
tanaman. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh pupuk NPK-SR dan kombinasi jerami +
pupuk kandang terhadap K-tersedia, serapan K, dan biomassa padi sawah. Rancangan
Acak Kelompok (RAK) digunakan dengan dua faktor perlakuan: takaran pupuk NPK-SR
(grade 7,26-10-7), yaitu tanpa pemberian pupuk (T0), 50 kg N/ha (T1), 100 kg N/ha (T2),
150 kg N/ha (T3), 200 kg N/ha (T4), 250 kg N/ha (T5) dan persentase kombinasi jerami
+ pupuk kandang, yang terdiri atas tanpa pemberian jerami dan kompos (J0), jerami 60%
dan kompos 40% (J1), serta jerami 80% dan kompos 20% (J2). Data hasil penelitian
dianalisis dengan uji ANOVA pada taraf kesalahan 5%, dan dilanjutkan Uji DMRT jika
nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan pemberian pupuk NPK-SR terbaik
pada perlakuan T1 K-tersedia tanah setelah panen (7,88 cmol(+)kg-1
K2O), K-total tanah
setelah panen (0,004%), perlakuan T3 kadar K daun (1,22%), dan kadar K biji (2,15%),
perlakuan T5 serapan K daun (22.362 µg K2O/rumpun), serapan K biji (89.260 µg
K2O/rumpun), bobot basah total (347,58 g/rumpun) dan berat kering total (77,82
g/rumpun). Perlakuan jerami + pupuk kandang terbaik pada perlakuan J2 K-total tanah
akhir vegetatif (0,008%), K-total tanah setelah panen (0,004%), K-tersedia tanah setelah
panen (6,12 cmol(+)kg-1 K2O), kadar K daun (1,13%) serapan K daun (17.277 µg
K2O/rumpun), serapan K biji (75.103 µg K2O/rumpun) dan berat basah total (281,85
g/rumpun). Kombinasi antara pupuk NPK-SR dan jerami + pupuk kandang berpengaruh
nyata pada kadar K daun dengan perlakuan terbaik T3J2 (1,48%).

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Providing fertilizer and organic materials aims to add nutrients to plants. This
research shows the effect of NPK-SR fertilizer and a combination of straw + manure on
available K, K uptake and paddy biomass. Randomized Block Design (RBD) was used
with two treatment factors: NPK-SR fertilizer dose (grade 7.26-10-7), namely without
fertilizer application (T0), 50 kg N/ha (T1), 100 kg N/ha (T2 ), 150 kg N/ha (T3), 200 kg
N/ha (T4), 250 kg N/ha (T5) and the percentage of a combination of straw + manure, which consists of no straw and compost (J0), 60% straw and compost 40% (J1), as well
as 80% straw and 20% compost (J2). The research data were analyzed using the ANOVA
test at an error level of 5%, and continued with the DMRT test if it was real. The results
showed that the best NPK-SR fertilizer treatment was treatment T1 K-available soil after
harvest (7.88 cmol(+)kg-1 K2O), K-total soil after harvest (0.004%), treatment T3 leaf K
content (1.22%), and seed K content (2.15%), treatment T5 leaf K uptake (22,362 µg
K2O/clump), seed K uptake (89,260 µg K2O/clump), total wet weight (347.58 g /clump)
and total dry weight (77.82 g/clump). The best straw + manure treatment in treatment J2
K-total final vegetative soil (0.008%), K-total soil after harvest (0.004%), K-available
soil after harvest (6.12 cmol(+)kg-1 K2O) , leaf K content (1.13%), leaf K uptake (17,277
µg K2O/clump), seed K uptake (75,103 µg K2O/clump) and total wet weight (281.85
g/clump). The combination of NPK-SR fertilizer and straw + manure had a significant
effect on leaf K levels with the best treatment T3J2 (1.48%).
