| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kalium terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi galur padi di tanah vertisol. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Petak Terbagi (RPT), dengan petak utama (Main Plot) adalah 3 (tiga) taraf pupuk kalium yaitu K0 = 0 kg KCl/ha; K1 = 100 kg KCl/ha; dan K2 = 200 kg KCl/ha, sedangkan anak petaknya (Sub Plot) adalah 3 (tiga) galur murni padi yaitu V1 = G2; V2 = G7; V3 = G27; dan satu varietas pembanding yaitu V4 = Inpari 13 dengan ulangan 3 kali. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan uji F dan Analisis Regresi, untuk membedakan antar perlakuan digunakan uji lanjut DMRT dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk KCl dosis 100 kg/ha dapat meningkatkan presentase gabah isi sebesar 6,455%, Galur G2, G7 menunjukkan respon yang positif yaitu produksi meningkat seiring dengan penambahan dosis pupuk kalium, sedangkan respon galur G27 sebaliknya yaitu produksi turun seiring dengan penambahan dosis pupuk kalium. Ketiga galur tersebut menunjukkan hasil produksi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan varietas Inpari 13. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aims of this study to determine the effect of potassium fertilizer on growth and yield lines of rice in vertisol soil. Experimental design was used Split Plot Design. The main plot as 3 ( three) potassium fertilizer level that is K0 = 0 kg KCl/ha; K1 = 100 kgs KCl/ha; and K2 = 200 kgs KCl/ha, while sub plot be produce of 3 ( three) pure blooded of lines that is V1 = G2; V2 = G7; V3 = G27; and one check varieties that is V4 = Inpari 13. The data were analyzed using the F test and regression analysis, to distinguish between treatments used to further test DMRT 5% error level. Result of research indicates that giving of fertilizer KCl dose 100 kg/ha can increase presentase shell of rice contents of equal to 6,455%. lines G2, G7 shows response which are positive that is production increases along with addition of potassium fertilizer dose, while line response G27 on the contrary is producing downwards along with addition of potassium fertilizer dose. Third the lines shows result of higher production compared to variety Inpari 13. |
