Indonesia) | Karyawan adalah salah satu faktor penentu apakah tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai atau tidak, sehingga proses seleksi karyawan baru menjadi tahapan yang penting untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas bagi perusahaan. Kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam proses seleksi karyawan baru sangat diperlukan. Pada pelaksanaannya, PT Columbus kota Cirebon masih menggunakan cara manual dalam menyeleksi calon karyawan, sehingga proses seleksi kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan mengimplementasikan kombinasi metode Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) dan Rank Order Centroid (ROC). Dengan mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis website, aplikasi yang telah dibuat berhasil melakukan seleksi karyawan baru dengan cepat dan akurat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi pada proses seleksi karyawan baru di PT Columbus kota Cirebon. |

Inggris) | Employees are one of the determining factors in whether the company's goals can be achieved or not, so the selection process of new employees is an important stage to get quality human resources for the company. Speed and accuracy in the selection process for new employees are necessary. In its implementation, PT Columbus Cirebon City still uses manual methods for selecting prospective employees, so the selection process is less efficient. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) application was created by implementing a combination of the Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods. By developing a website-based decision support system, the application that has been made successfully selects new employees quickly and accurately. The results show that this application is effective for increasing the speed and accuracy of the new employee selection process at PT Columbus Cirebon City. |
