| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh koksidiosis terhadap Total Protein Plasma (TPP) dan jumlah fibrinogen darah pada kelinci di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan metode laboratoris. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convenient sampling/ accident sampling/ selected sampling (tidak terikat). Sasaran penelitian adalah peternakan kelinci di Kabupaten Banyumas. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Pengujian Student (T test). Hasil penelitian diperoleh rataan total TPP kelinci yang terinfeksi koksidiosis 4,5777 x 106 dan rataanTPP kelinci yang tidak terinfeksi koksidiosis 5,2333 x 106. Rataan jumlah fibrinogen darah kelinci yang terinfeksi koksidiosis 0,5 gr/dL dan rataan jumlah fibrinogen darah kelinci yang tidak terinfeksi koksidiosis 0,8 g/dL. Meskipun hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa koksidiosis tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap penurunan total TPP (P > 0,05) dan fibrinogen darah (P > 0,05).

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aim of this research was to determine the effect of rabbit coccidiosis on the number of Protein Plasma Total (PPT) and the number of fibrinogen in Banyumas. The research used survey methods and laboratory methods. The samplied was taken by convenient sampling method/ accident sampling/ selected sampling (not attached). Target of the research was rabbit farms in Banyumas. The analysis model used was Student Testing (T test). The results were obtained by averaging the number of Protein Plasma Total (PPT) of infected rabbit coccidiosis 4,5777 x 106 and the average the number of Protein Plasma Total (PPT) of total non-infected rabbits coccidiosis 5,2333 x 106. The average number of fibrinogen infected rabbit coccidiosis 0,5 gr/dL and the average number of fibrinogen uninfected rabbit coccidiosis 0,8 g/dL. Altought The T test results showed that coccidiosis did not significantly affect the the number of Protein Plasma Total (PPT) (P > 0,05) and the number of fibrinogen (P>0.05). |
