| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Presensi memegang peranan penting sebagai penunjang pengambilan keputusan untuk menilai kedisiplinan dan keaktifan pegawai pada suatu perusahaan. Proses presensi pegawai yang diterapkan sebelumnya pada PT. Lawang Sewu Teknologi masih menggunakan mesin presensi fingerprint dengan proses sinkronisasi manual. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, penulis membangun aplikasi manajemen kehadiran pegawai berbasis mobile menggunakan framework Flutter yang mampu melakukan monitoring presensi secara realtime dengan adopsi metode geolocation serta dapat melakukan pengajuan izin dan cuti dengan lebih cepat dan efektif hanya dengan satu aplikasi. Metode geolocation digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi lokasi terkini dari smartphone dengan memanfaatkan teknologi GPS dan kegiatan presensi dapat tercatat apabila pengguna berada dalam area lokasi yang sudah terdaftar di dalam sistem. Implementasi anti-fake GPS juga menjadi langkah efektif dalam menjaga integritas data kehadiran, sehingga mengurangi risiko manipulasi lokasi. Hasil pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang sangat tinggi, dengan persentase Mean Opinion Score (MOS) mencapai 96,22%, menandakan bahwa pengguna memberikan penilaian yang sangat baik terhadap aplikasi. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini tidak hanya menyediakan solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan kehadiran, tetapi juga mendapatkan respon positif yang kuat dari pengguna di PT. Lawang Sewu Teknologi. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Presence plays an important role as supporting decision making to assess the discipline and activeness of employees in a company. The employee attendance process previously implemented at PT. Lawang Sewu Technology still uses a fingerprint presence machine with a manual synchronization process. Because of these problems, the author built a mobile-based employee attendance management application using the Flutter framework which is capable of monitoring attendance in real time by adopting the geolocation method and able to apply for permits and leave more quickly and effectively with just one application. The geolocation method is used to identify the current location of a smartphone by utilizing GPS technology and the presence activities can be recorded if the user is in the location area that has been registered in the system. Implementing anti-fake GPS is also an effective step in maintaining the integrity of attendance data, thereby reducing the risk of location manipulation. The application testing results show a very high level of user satisfaction, with the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) percentage reaching 96.22%, indicating that users give a very good assessment of the application. Thus, this application not only provides an innovative solution in attendance management, but also received a strong positive response from users at PT. Lawang Sewu Technology. |
