Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Komoditas hortikultura yang disukai masyarakat Indonesia salah satunya adalahmentimun (Cucumis sativus L.). Penyakit penting tanaman mentimun adalah rebahsemai yang disebabkan oleh Pythium sp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh air cucian dari berbagai beras terhadap pertumbuhan jamur T. harzianum T10,pengaruh aplikasi jamur T. harzianum T10 terhadap penyakit rebah semai, danpertumbuhan bibit mentimun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di screen house dan diLaboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas JenderalSoedirman pada bulan November 2023 sampai Januari 2024. Penelitian dilakukandalam dua tahap, yaitu in vitro menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4perlakuan dan 6 ulangan dan tahap in planta, yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan5 perlakuan (air cucian beras putih, air cucian beras merah, air cucian beras hitam danair cucian beras ketan) dan 5 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi kepadatankonidium, masa inkubasi, kejadian penyakit, AUDPC, tinggi tanaman, bobot segartanaman, dan panjang akar. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Air cucian beras ketan adalahyang terbaik sebagai medium tumbuh bagi T. harzianum T10 dengan kepadatankonidium 10,3x106 konidium/mL. 2) Metabolit sekunder T. harzianum T10 dalam aircucian beras ketan mampu menunda masa inkubasi sebesar 40,34%, menekan kejadianpenyakit 62,07%, dan menurunkan nilai AUDPC sebesar 68% dibandingkan dengankontrol. 3) Metabolit sekunder T. harzianum T10 dalam air cucian beras ketan mampumeningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 86,31%, bobot segar tanaman sebesar 92,42%,dan panjang akar sebesar 95,21% dibandingkan dengan kontrol.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Cucumber (Cucumber sativa L.) is a favored horticultural commodity inIndonesia. However, cucumber seedlings are frequently damaged by Phytium causingdamping off. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of washing water fromvarious rice on growth of T. harzianum T10 on seedlings damping off and seedlinggrowth of cucumber. This research was carried out in the screen house and at the PlantProtection Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University fromNovember 2023 to January 2024. The research was carried out in two stages: in vitrotest using a Completely Randomized Design with four treatments and six replicates andin planta one with a Randomized Block Design with five treatments (PDB and washingwater from white, red, black, and glutinous rice) and five repetitions. The variablesobserved were conidia density, incubation period, disease incidence, Area UnderDisease Progress Curve (AUDPC), plant height, plant fresh weight, and root length.The conclusions of the research results are as follows: 1) Glutinous rice washing wateris the best as a growing medium for T. harzianum T10 with a conidium density 0f10,3x106conidium/mL. 2) secondary metabolites of T. harzianum T10 in gluitinous ricewashing water are able to delay the incubation period was 40,34%, reduced theincidence of disease by 62,07% and reduced the AUDPC value by 69,41% compared tocontrols. 3) the secondary metabolite T. harzianum T10 in glutinous rice washing waterwas able to increase plant height by 91,81%, plant fresh weight by 92,42% and rootlength by 95,21% compared to the control.
