| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pupuk kasgot dan pupuk kotoran sapi serta mendapatkan dosis pupuk kasgot dan pupuk kotoran sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim. Pengambilan sampling dilakukan di Screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jendral Soedirman dan analisis dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agronomi & hortikultura serta Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jendral Soedirman Januari – Agustus 2023. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama dosis pupuk kasgot yang terdiri atas 3 taraf, sedangkan faktor kedua dosis pupuk kotoran sapi yang terdiri dari tiga taraf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kasgot meningkatakan tinggi tanaman yaitu 36,84 cm, jumlah daun 4,7 helai, luas daun yaitu 141,09 cm2 , dan kehijauan daun yaitu 39,41. Pemberian pupuk kotoran sapi tidak meningkatkan pada semua variabel pengamatan. Terdapat interaksi antara pupuk kasgot dan pupuk kotoran sapi pada variabel jumlah daun dan kehijauan daun. Kombinasi terbaik untuk jumlah daun dan kehijauan daun adalah pupuk kasgot 10 ton/ha dan pupuk kotoran sapi 10 ton/ha memberikan hasil 6,11 helai pada variabel jumlah daun dan memberikan hasil 42,31 pada variabel kehijauan daun. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of maggot frass and cow manure and get the dose of maggot frass and cow manure on the growth and yield of caisim plants. Sampling was carried out at the Screen house of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jendral Soedirman University and analysis was carried out at the Agronomy & Horticulture Laboratory and the Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jendral Soedirman University, January - August 2023. The study used a Complete Randomised Group Design (CRD) with 2 factors with 3 replications. The first factor is the dose of magot frass which consists of 3 levels, while the second factor is the dose of cow manure which consists of three levels. The results showed that the application of maggot frass increased plant height by 36.84 cm, the number of leaves by 4.7 strands, leaf area by 141.09 cm2, and leaf greenness by 39.41. Applying cow manure did not increase all observation variables. There was an interaction between maggot frass and cow manure on the variable number of leaves and leaf greenness. The best combination for the number of leaves and leaf greenness is 10 tonnes/ha maggot frass and 10 tonnes/ha cow manure giving a result of 6.11 strands on the variable number of leaves and giving a result of 42.31 on the variable greenness of the leaves. |
