| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan biopestisida Bio P60 untuk mengendalikan penyakit hawar pelepah daun dan dalam memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan hasil padi gogo. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kasa dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Bagian Mikrobiologi Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dari bulan Juli sampai November 2012. Perlakuan yang dicoba menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), 7 perlakuan dengan 4 kali ulangan, perlakuannya meliputi: kontrol; benih tidak direndam Bio P60, disemprot fungisida; benih direndam Bio P60 selama 30 menit, tidak disemprot Bio P60; benih direndam Bio P60 selama 30 menit, disemprot Bio P60 sebanyak 1 kali; 3 kali; 5 kali; 7 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan Bio P60 baik dengan teknik perendaman maupun penyemprotan belum mampu menekan intensitas penyakit hawar pelepah daun dan belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi gogo. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aimed at determining the ability of Bio P60 biopesticide to control leaf sheath blight disease and the growth and yield of upland rice. The experiment was conducted at the screen house and the Plant Protection Laboratory section of Microbiology, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University from July to November 2012. Treatment was attempted using a randomized block design (RBD) with 7 treatments and 4 replicates, treatment includes: control; seeds were not soaked Bio P60, sprayed fungicide; Bio P60 seeds soaked for 30 minutes, not sprayed Bio P60; seeds soaked Bio P60 during 30 minutes, sprayed Bio P60 1 time, 3 times, 5 times and 7 times. Results showed that treatment of Bio P60 either by soaking or spraying techniques have not been able to suppress sheath blight disease intensity and to increase the growth and yield of upland rice. |
