| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indeks Pembangunan Literasi Masyarakat (IPLM) merupakan instrumen pengukuran tingkat pembangunan literasi masyarakat yang diperoleh melalui penghitungan beberapa yang menjadi aspek di suatu wilayah. Penghitungan IPLM pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Purbalingga masih dilakukan secara manual yang mengakibatkan kurang efesien dan rentan terjadi kesalahan. Dengan demikian maka diperlukan sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi untuk memudahkan penghitungan IPLM agar lebih akurat, efisien dan efektif. Sistem yang dibuat merupakan sistem berbasis Website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman phyton dengan framework djanggo dan untuk database menggunakan MySQL. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu metode waterfall, sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk membantu pengolahan data yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan tujuh kriteria dan lima wilayah yang menjadi alternatif. Hasilnya, sistem dapat menampilkan pemeringkatan wilayah berdasarkan nilai IPLM dari tertinggi sampai terendah. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan bahwa sIstem sudah sesuai atau tidak ada error untuk setiap aktifitasnya. Adapun hasil dari user acceptance test menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,6% dengan kategori “sangat baik” yang berarti bahwa sistem ini layak untuk digunakan. |

Inggris) | The Community Literacy Development Index (IPLM) is an instrument for measuring the level of community literacy development obtained by calculating several aspects in an area. IPLM calculations at the Purbalingga Archives and Library Service are still done manually, which results in inefficiency and are prone to errors. Thus, a computerized system is needed to facilitate IPLM calculations so that they are more accurate, efficient and effective. The system created is a website-based system using the Python programming language with the Djanggo framework and for the database using MySQL. The method used for software development is the waterfall method, while the method used to assist data processing is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. From the research results, seven criteria and five areas were obtained as alternatives. As a result, the system can display regional rankings based on IPLM values from highest to lowest. The black box testing results show that the system is appropriate or there are no errors for each activity.
