| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | PT. UES merupakan Perusahaan jasa yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi dan sedang bersiap untuk mengikuti tahap prakualifikasi Contractor Safety Managemet System (CSMS) untuk tender proyek pada salah satu perusahaan pemberi kerja. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap penerapan CSMS di perusahaannya agar sesuai dengan standar yang ada pada perusahaan pemberi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan terhadap penerapan Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) pada tahap pra kualifikasi di PT. UES menggunakan metode Gap Analysis. Metode gap analysis digunakan untuk membandingkan set data yang ada untuk melihat kesenjangan yang ada diantaranya. Dalam hal ini metode gap analysis digunakan untuk membandingkan data dari penerapan CSMS yang ada pada perusahaan dengan standar CSMS dari perusahaan pemberi kerja. Metodologi penelitian pada penelitian berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada narasumber terkait, dan review dokumen K3. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunaka Gap Analyisis mendapatkan persentase kesesuaian sebesar 73% dan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara penerapan CSMS perusahaan dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan pemberi kerja sehingga perlunya perbaikan dalam penerapan CSMS di perusahaan. |

UES is a service company engaged in the construction sector and is preparing to undergo the pre-qualification stage of the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) for project tenders at one of the client companies. Therefore, the company needs to evaluate the implementation of CSMS in its organization to align with the standards set by the client company. The purpose of this study is to measure the implementation of the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) in the pre- qualification stage for PT. UES project tenders using the Gap Analysis method. The Gap Analysis method is employed to compare existing datasets to identify any discrepancies among them. In this case, the Gap Analysis method is used to compare data from the existing CSMS implementation in the company with the CSMS standards of the client company. The research methodology involves distributing questionnaires to relevant informants and reviewing the company's occupational health and safety (K3) documents. The research results using Gap Analysis revealed a compliance percentage of 73%, indicating discrepancies between the company's CSMS implementation and the standards set by the client company, highlighting the need for improvements in CSMS implementation within the company. |
