| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kasus Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO) semakin sering terjadi seiring berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin pesat. KBGO berupa pornografi balas dendam (revenge porn) patut memperoleh perhatian yang lebih seksama sebagai upaya memberikan perlindungan terhadap korban pornografi balas dendam (revenge porn). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai perlindungan hukum terhadap korban pornografi balas dendam (revenge porn) dalam perspektif viktimologi serta hambatan pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum korban pornografi balas dendam (revenge porn) di Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban (LPSK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis. Lokasi penelitian di Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban. Metode penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, sedangkan Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data diolah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kategorisasi data serta dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlunya peraturan perundang-undangan yang lebih mengakomodir mengenai perlindungan serta pemenuhan hak korban, terlebih khusus dalam hal ini korban revenge porn. Terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum korban revenge porn di LPSK yang dipengaruhi oleh tiga aspek, yaitu struktur hukum (legal structure), substansi hukum (substance of the law), dan kultur hukum (legal culture). Berdasarkan aspek struktur hukum (legal structure) dimana pengungkapan kasus revenge porn lambat yang membuat koordinasi antara LPSK dengan penyidik kepolisian terhambat, berdasarkan aspek substansi hukum (substance of the law) dimana belum adanya peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur secara khusus dan spesifik mengenai revenge porn terutama mengenai perlindungan data pribadi korban, dan berdasarkan aspek kultur hukum (legal culture) yakni kurangnya pemahaman posisinya sebagai korban yang membuat takut untuk melapor/mengadu ke LPSK.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Cases of Gender-Based Online Violence (GBOV) are becoming increasingly common with the rapid advancement of technology. GBOV, particularly in the form of revenge porn, deserves closer attention as an effort to provide protection for victims of revenge porn. This research aims to examine the legal protection of revenge porn victims from a victimological perspective and the obstacles in implementing legal protection for these victims at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK). This study utilizes an empirical juridical approach with descriptive analytical research specifications. The research is conducted at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency. The method of informant selection in this research employs Purposive Sampling technique, while the data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Data is processed through data reduction, data presentation, data categorization, and qualitative analysis. The results of the research indicate the need for legislation that better accommodates protection and the fulfillment of victims' rights, especially in the case of revenge porn victims. There are several obstacles in implementing legal protection for revenge porn victims at the LPSK, influenced by three aspects: legal structure, substance of the law, and legal culture. Based on the aspect of legal structure, slow disclosure of revenge porn cases hampers coordination between the LPSK and police investigators. Regarding the aspect of the substance of the law, there is currently no specific and detailed legislation regulating revenge porn, especially concerning the protection of victims' personal data. Lastly, based on the aspect of legal culture, there is a lack of understanding of their position as victims, which makes them afraid to report to the LPSK.
