| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan budaya organisasi dan budaya kerja di Toyota Jepang dan Toyota Indonesia dengan menggunakan sumber jurnal, literatur, serta laporan tahunan dan keberlanjutan tahun 2022. Data kualitatif menunjukkan penerapan budaya yang kuat, namun tidak ditemukan data kuantitatif mengenai penerapan budaya organisasi dan budaya kerja di Toyota Jepang dan Toyota Indonesia. sejauh mana budaya ini diterapkan. Toyota Jepang mengadopsi "The Toyota Way," yang menekankan kepuasan pelanggan, integritas, inovasi, pengamatan mendalam, perbaikan diri dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Toyota Jepang lebih mengutamakan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan fasilitas yang baik, sedangkan Toyota Indonesia lebih fokus pada produktivitas staf. Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh organisasi dan budaya kerja yang mendorong kolaborasi, pemecahan masalah, dan komunikasi terbuka. Para peneliti merekomendasikan pengembangan standar budaya organisasi yang jelas, kebijakan dan program karyawan yang tepat, dan pelaporan penerapan budaya untuk memantau dan meningkatkan sistem. Inggris) | This research examines the application of organizational culture and work culture at Toyota Japan and Toyota Indonesia using journal sources, literature, as well as annual and sustainability reports for 2022. Qualitative data shows the strong application of culture, but no quantitative data was found regarding the extent to which this culture is implemented. Toyota Japan adopts "The Toyota Way," which emphasizes customer satisfaction, integrity, innovation, deep observation, self-improvement and continuous improvement. Their work culture includes Just-in-time, Jidoka, Heijunka, and Andon principles, which focus on quality, employee development, and a cooperative and responsible work environment. Toyota Indonesia also implements "The Toyota Way" with local adaptations that emphasize integrity, visionary thinking, innovation, partnership, respect and a sense of belonging. The principles of Kaizen, Just-in-time, Jidoka, Heijunka, and Andon are applied to increase productivity and efficiency, in line with the philosophy of “We Make People before We Make Products.” Work culture is influenced by national culture through dimensions such as power distance, individualism, femininity/masculinity, uncertainty avoidance, and long-term orientation. Toyota Japan places more emphasis on employee welfare with good facilities, while Toyota Indonesia focuses more on staff productivity. A company's success is influenced by an organizational and work culture that encourages collaboration, problem solving, and open communication. Researchers recommend developing clear organizational culture standards, appropriate employee policies and programs, and reporting on culture implementation to monitor and improve the system.
