| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Salah satu pengobatan untuk menghambat pertumbuhan sel kanker adalah dengan melakukan kemoterapi. Efek samping dari kemoterapi yang berat menyebabkan pasien kanker payudara merasa putus asa terhadap pengobatan yang sedang dijalani, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan self efficacy untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan untuk mengelola gejala dan masalah yang berhubungan dengan pengobatan kanker payudara. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan desain studi crossectional, dilakukan di poli Bedah Onkologi dan Ruang Wijayakusuma RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat self efficacy berdasarkan instrument GSE dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap self efficacy pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi pada 250 sampel dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus – September 2023. Variabel yang diteliti adalah self efficacy, mastery experience, vicarious experience, dukungan keluarga, dan kondisi fisik post kemoterapi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara pada responden dengan mengisi kuesioner yang sudah valid dan reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan alat bantu STATA dengan uji statistik univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi square, dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil: Responden pada penelitian ini memiliki rata-rata umur 44 tahun didominasi oleh perempuan sebanyak 99,6%, berpendidikan SD sebanyak 66,8%, memiliki pekerjaan sebagai IRT sebanyak 92%, memiliki pendapatan <1,5 juta sebanyak 69,6%, memiliki status kawin sebanyak 94,8%, dan memiliki tingkat stadium 2 dan 3 (44,8%). Self Efficacy pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo tergolong tinggi (95,6%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara mastery experience, vicarious experience, dan dukungan keluarga dengan self efficacy pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Kesimpulan: Semakin tinggi tingkat mastery experience, vicarious experience. dan dukungan keluarga yang baik maka semakin tinggi tingkat self efficacy pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: One treatment to inhibit the growth of cancer cells is chemotherapy. The serious side effects of chemotherapy cause breast cancer patients to feel hopeless about the treatment they are undergoing, therefore self-efficacy is needed to foster confidence in managing symptoms and problems related to breast cancer treatment. Method: This research is a quantitative analytical research with a cross-sectional study design, carried out in the Oncology Surgery Polytechnic and the Wijayakusuma Room, RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. The aim of this research is to measure the level of self-efficacy based on the GSE instrument and determine the factors that influence the self-efficacy of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in 250 samples using a purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted in August – September 2023. The variables studied were self- efficacy, mastery experience, vicarious experience, family support, and post- chemotherapy physical condition. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with respondents by filling in valid and reliable questionnaires. Data analysis used STATA tools with univariate statistical tests, bivariate with chi square tests, and multivariate with logistic regression tests. Results: Respondents in this study had an average age of 44 years, dominated by 99.6% women, 66.8% had elementary school education, 92% had jobs as housewives, 69.6% had income <1.5 million. , had a marital status of 94.8%, and had stages 2 and 3 (44.8%). Self Efficacy of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo is classified as high (95.6%). The results of the research show that there is an influence between mastery experience, vicarious experience, and family support on the self-efficacy of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Conclusion: The higher the level of mastery experience, the more vicarious experience. and good family support, the higher the level of self-efficacy of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo |
